I never received a paper receipt, the manager said it would be emailed, I never got the email. I was never shown an itemized list, he said it would be emailed, I never got the email. Turns out I did not order the "set" only a bed and dresser separately, no nightstand. The salesman claims I said I didn't want the nightstand so he wrote everything up separately. The only thing I ever stated I did not want was the mirror. Based on the showroom floor and the website I assumed I was ordering the set which INCLUDED the nightstand. This could have been cleared up if I had actually been walked through the order AT THE STORE. When writing up the order the salesman forgot to include the mattress, then the railings, etc. Then he wrote everything up separately, total screw up. Total mass confusion and I in good conscience cannot recommend this store. Steer clear. Should be negative stars!

Then I get told that he only comes on tuesdays and since he didn't get to me I'll have to rebook. What is the point in being on the schedule if the repair technician doesn't follow it! This is the worst excuse of a furniture company I've ever seen. Absolutely ridiculous! By the time they get it fixed I'll have had a broken couch as long as I ever had a functioning couch! I was looking for some phlox and the plants all seemed to be mixed together so it was hard to find. The garden manager was friendly and told me they were sold out. Dang. I did pick up some seeds and deck cleaner. Prices on most items are more reasonable than other big box stores. This store is fairly popular and was crowded with shoppers. The lines were long to check-out, but moved quickly. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Parking is plentiful. I'd recommend going early morning to avoid the crowds.

I bought the Speed Queen TR5 which comes with a five year warranty. It is built with steel gears and transmission. It has a ceramic coating of the drum instead of plastic like everyone else does these days. It has no lid lock except during the spin cycle. My old Maytag which wore out after 7 years took five minutes to unlock after canceling the cycle. The Speed Queens do not connect to the internet. To me it's just more things that need maintenance. The TR5 is just a simple, strong, sturdy, commercial grade, laundromat quality washer. That's all I want. Wash my clothes for 20 years like they used to make them. This washer is just that. I walked in at 10 am, confirmed they had the machine in stock (23 were just shipped in which kind of proves it's the correct unit to buy), and made the purchase. The primary reason I chose Grand is because they use their own delivery people, not third parties like the big box stores do. Delivery was inexpensive considering they hauled off the old worn out machine. 100% satisfied.
