I have a place in Phoenix and was there last week-February 2019. I was between hair cuts (trim or shaping) and was unhappy with my color. I actually saw Rebecca's shop across from Postino's on Campbell and thought maybe I should try the shop. So, I googled high end salons and her shop came up. The site asked for my information, and I entered it.Thinking I likely would not hear from anyone, I was happy to get a call from Rebecca who was able to make an appointment for me two days later. I was nervous about the appointment, as "you only feel as good as you think your hair looks", and maybe I would convey the wrong idea or she would not keep my personality, age, hair type etc. in mind. She looked at my hair, my coloring and what I think I like in a color and cut, and added her opinions and set to work. She listed and got an ideas of what I liked. It was risky I thought, but I trusted her expertise. I am very happy with her recommendation on color and happy with the cut/shaping. It's easy to work with and has some pizzazz!!! Ruris is a FANTASTIC salon. Rebecca always gets my color perfect and my haircut just falls into place each morning with very little effort on my part. As the cut grows out, the precision of the cut continues to amaze me. When it comes to making an appointment, the salon goes out of their way to try to accommodate my schedule. The cost for these services would be a lot higher in Scottsdale and the quality and expertise not nearly as good.
