I didn't know what this place was but had seen their flyers and walked past a couple of times so it may be my fault to assume that the bowls (even the most basic ones) were an assortment of fruit and healthy ingredients. That's not accurate. Even though there's a clear separation on the menu between bowls and smoothies, all you really end up with when you order a bowl is a smoothie in a bowl. Topped with granola and honey. Did it taste good? Sure, but it was overpriced for what it is. And it's not a bowl! When a bowl description reads "raspberry, blueberry, pays, bananas" the general assumption is that they are pieces of those, not a smoothie Anyway, it also has way too much sugar in it to be healthy/nutritious. The girls are so nice and friendly, theres outdoor and indoor seating. Not to mention you can buy pre made rush bowls to take with you to eat in the future. They cater to vegan, vegetarian, protein lovers, hipsters any one ! They grind their own peanut butter there so I defiantly recommend trying it ! I was a bit surprised with an employee wearing a mask that kind of, almost covered her mouth but had gloves. The other employee had the mask on properly but no gloves. At one point she is talking to this couple and her mask was only covering her chin. She had one glove on and holding the other. When she finished ordering, she simply put the other glove back on. I think a bit of hygiene talk may need to happen. She also seemed new so it took 25 minutes to get a bowl and a smoothie. They kept taking orders, and clearly got overwhelmed. They should have completed orders for the first 4 folks and then grabbed more orders. We tried the smoothie with Cayenne and clearly there was too much put in the smoothie. It was not enjoyable. Vegan and gluten-free friendly, a large assortment of bowls to chose from and reasonably priced under $10. The girls at the counter are super helpful if you're not sure what to chose. Many of the bowls contain frozen yogurt but can be made vegan by simply using more fruit. Soy milk and soy protein can be subbed for diary/whey at no extra charge. Almond or coconut milk are $1.00 extra. Hopefully, they will be adding nutritional info soon. I like to know what damage I am making, since smoothie bowls can clock in well above 600 kcal. Our bowls were ready in about 2-3 minutes, way faster than Nekter. Their seasonal pumpkin bowl with pumpkin puree, banana and walnuts was simply delicious. Creamy, not too sweet, filling and topped with crunchy wheat-free granola. Certified gluten-free granola is available on request. Parking can be a bit of a challenge in the area, but they do have a few street parking spaces up front that are free on weekends. read more

I am an acai bowl fanatic so I may be more picky than most, but this place was not good. I was starving so we came here today. I could tell it wasn't going to exactly be my thing since they have froyo in some of their bowls which to me is just plain wrong. I realize others feel differently, but this is supposed to be a healthy option for a quick meal and adding froyo and lots of juice is not the way to go. Anyway, I ordered the standard bowl and substituted almond milk for the guava juice. Number one disappointment was that everything on top is basically an add on. True acai bowls come loaded with fruit, possibly coconut and nuts or other healthy options. This one only had granola and some honey. Very lame. I added banana and blueberries, but in comparison to the amount of acai it wasn't a lot of bites of fruit in comparison to the acai. They also use only plastic containers which was very disappointing. There are so many other earth friendly options out there that most other acai places seem to be observing at this point. Definitely not a true acai place in either spirit or product so I won't be coming back. read more

The container looks somewhat small compared to other places that have bowls, but it was so filling I didn't even finish! So nice to find a place with healthy meals for under $10! The bowls here are delicious and nutritious. The beach bowl was good. The flavor was great - not too sweet, and the consistency was also just right. My major complaint with this place, compared to other acai places, is that for how much these bowls cost and how small they are, fresh fruit really should be included in the cost and not an additional dollar each! They only come with granola and honey, whereas other places often include goji berries, pollen, etc. to make the bowl more exciting, without charging for each and every addition! There are a lack of acai places in Denver, so I'd probably come back, but I've had better. read more

After having it in boulder when I went to school there almost 10 years ago, I was excited to find out that they had a location near my work in lohi. I'm on the acai bowl train. I go here every other day and it does make me feel healthy and energized. Downside is that is does take a few minutes to make. So while Rush advertises itself as a replacement for fast food, but expect it to be nearly as fast. Also, it's pretty pricey. It typically costs $9 and if you add toppings on top it adds a dollar to your tab. Which is also an issue! I don't have a problem with it, but I've heard multiple times other customers asking why topping go into the acai bowl like a smoothie instead of on top. And why they have to pay extra to get the toppings on top lol read more

Coming from Cali this is not a good acai bowl place. They only have a few bowls with acai, the rest are without. The biggest problem I had with this place is the consistency of the smoothies.
