I'm in boulder most days of the week and I will still go out of my way to go to the Denver location. So much better. From cleanliness, the staff (which freaking rock), and presentation. They make neat and delicious bowls, willing to remake if you don't like it, always top with granola and honey, whereas in Boulder it's less friendly, dirty, and they never fully fill the top with granola or honey. I would consider myself a regular in Denver and they are always so friendly. Great spot! read more

Accordingly, the no-frills experience is centered on the creation and consumption of these delights. It's a streamlined affair with a purposeful ambience. If you want to waddle around, nonchalantly gazing at the menu while trying to procure the wi-fi password, you're loitering will probably be more at home elsewhere. What a great concept! Who doesn't want to eat froyo for their meal instead of for dessert? Very healthy frozen yogurt and fruit based "smoothie" bowls, but you can get dairy-free, gluten-free, lower carb, vegan, etc. Tons of mixer and topping choices from chia seeds to coconut to granola to bananas. The portions are very large and filling. Some are only 250 calories. I had the PB&J and added bananas and was stuffed. They make their own peanut butter, too. Fairly disappointed to know their acai comes from the packets I buy at Whole Foods and a bowl costs over $10.

I went to rush bowls and ordered their beach bowl to go. It was supposed to have açaí, mango, banana and guava juice with granola and honey. For almost $8 I got just açaí and granola, NO FRUIT. I was already at home, so I wasn't going to drive back and deal with parking. So annoying. I am usually super understanding of mistakes, but this was so expensive and this is a mistake which understand how it could've happened. The açaí bowls at prosper oats in Lohi are better. read more

I usually get a bowl with extra honey because their honey is so damn good but once I got 'extra' banana which is at least a dollar and I got like four tiny slices put on top. I love me a good smoothie bowl! I make these at home on the regular but had been wanting to try Rush Bowls since I walked by them on the way to Candela. So, after a 2 hour master class (handstand focused) at the Freyja Project my friend and I needed some blended plant goodness and Rush Bowls fit the bill. Everything on the menu looked incredible on the menu but we wanted something with some greens too so we both got an acai bowl with kale (I can't recall the name). It was topped with granola and honey and we added some flax seeds. Super clean, healthy and satisfying. The only thing I wish they would offer would be a plant based protein powder that could be blended in. I am a fitness nut and do prefer when my meals have a better balance of macros but all things considered this is an excellent place for breakfast, lunch, a healthy snack or a super healthy dessert fix. Smoothie bowls are, in my opinion, good any time of day. read more

Rush bowls are unique and delicious! When It opened I thought they were like rice bowls but to my delight they are frozen yogurt bowls with "healthy" topping options. My favorite is the peanut butter and jelly bowl. Go when you are hungry or split one with someone. I find that their portions are pretty big. read more

The product is good but your service needs some work. The last two times I've gone in the younger staff is not kind, attentive or helpful. I got the beach bowl and it was an exceptional açaí bowl. I was a little upset because I didn't know that they blended the fruit the bowl comes with into the açaí as well. I wish it would have looked more like the pictures with the fruit on top instead of blended in. read more
