Enjoying our drinks and the live music!
    Denielle L.

Had a fabulous time here; drinks were larger and "heavier" than other places around and there was live music! There was only a one-man band playing the piano and singing but he was playing good music and he had us all dancing and singing along! I'd definitely go back!

Every year when we come to Vegas we always hang out at the Golden Nugget's lounge....Rush Lounge... We so enjoy the vibe and music.....great Elvis singer and band.....I also love how they give everyone in the band a chance to sing lead!! Great job!! Viva las Vegas!!!!

You can play blackjack in the bar...what's next my bathroom

SUNDAY NIGHT FUN I swung on in here while walking back to my room. I couldn't resist because of the lively country music that was coming out of this lounge. Vegas is full of entertainers and the band on this stage did not disappoint. It was a country band and they were playing very lively tunes. It probably helped that there was a girls weekend birthday party and they were all sporting wigs. The main guy on guitar was flirting away with them even doing a funny version of happy birthday. He was really working the ladies. I didn't stick around long enough to see if he scored. The rest of the band consisted of a drummer who did some great vocals. Look out Phil Collins this guy can sing. A lady on piano who was very talented with amazing vocals. I did find it weird that she was playing piano with a pair of red gloves on. I'm not sure why but she didn't miss a note. I really loved the fiddle guy but the stage was so small he had to stand near a blackjack table. Yes there are three gambling tables inside this tiny little lounge. You can not get away from gaming at this casino. So if your looking for a place to see some live music then I highly recommend this place. You will be kicking back and throwing your boots in the air not realizing it is way past your bed time. Nobody really sleeps in Vegas! Do they?

    Enjoying a few cocktails!

Ask the Community - Rush Lounge

Is there live music on Friday's? Does it change or same band every Friday? Don't want country music.

    Same cover band

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but can a teenager sit in the lounge at a table and order a coke and listen to music or is this only for over 21?

    21 and over only.

We had so much fun we went back on Sunday night just expecting good energy and live music. We coincidentally made friends in line and the bouncer asked if we wanted a table that would allow us to cut to the front of the line. Minimum was $500 and there were 5 of us so we said yes. To our surprise Bruno came out again!!! No one ever knows when or if he will be there and we were lucky enough to see him 2 nights in a row, and made friends along the way. It was truly a magical experience, Bruno was the cherry on top but even without him making a suprise performance, Pinky Ring is still such a unique vibe I think everyone who visits Vegas should experience. I have no photos to post, just as intended :) The security was very strict about no photos. We were so impressed how well they caught every person, shining lasers at their camera and spotlighting them then escorting them out. Don't be that person, they will catch you and kick you out and make you delete any photos or videos (even from recently deleted, I asked). Just enjoy the experience with the people around you. No one else has to see photos to believe you, and even if they did they would not fully understand the vibe and experience because they weren't there. If you made it to the end of this review, I hope you make an effort to visit Pinky Ring, you might get lucky!!

Every visit, we go the iconic Chandelier Bar, specifically floor 1.5 Not only do we return for the excellent drinks, we go for the service. The Chandelier Bar has many employees who have been at Cosmo since its opening . They are some of the best bartenders & staff on the strip! They also have great management. We recently met Angela , one of the newer managers who is very friendly. She approached us to see how our drinks were, even when it was pretty busy at the bar. The Chandelier bar also refreshes their drink menu a couple of times every now and then while still keeping some of popular drinks on such as the Verbena cocktail, which is nice. They have three floors , and every menu is different than the other. We highly recommend the Espresso Old Fashioned, a combination of two popular drinks. The staff will also make anything to your liking , as long as ingredients allow. It's definitely a can't miss spot if you are staying at Cosmo, or just bar hopping on the strip. The vibe is awesome!! One of these group photos was my Facebook profile picture for a minute, until I got tired of all the random men hitting me up on the off chance that I was one of the hot ones. To be fair, the odds were pretty good. My friends were all beautiful, and remain so now. I returned to The Chandelier with two of them last month, Melissa K. and June K. and I reliving our youth after seeing the Backstreet Boys at the Sphere. The bar felt a little different, though it could also have been us. A bit more dated, a bit quieter, a bit more businesslike somehow, even at two in the morning. Bartender was nice, though, and it was easy to get drinks and find a table. We got two colorful cocktails, Butterfly-ing Forever and Strawberry in the Rye. The butterfly drink was purple for some reason, made with Tequila Ocho blanco, Calenda mezcal, and butterfly yuzu emulsion. I'm guessing the "butterfly" was the purple butterfly pea flower, and not actual emulsified insects. In any case, the drink was good. The strawberry cocktail mixed High West Double Rye with strawberry, orange curaçao, Suze, and Angostura bitters. Also quite tasty. We ended up taking our drinks to go and heading back to our room. This was more fun and relaxing than hanging out at The Chandelier, but we did enjoy our brief visit and our brightly colored cocktails.

Pro: Fear and Loathing menu, updated furniture, yummy drinks…read more Con: Not the previous Laundry Room you remembered, glorified tourist trap, lack of atmosphere control. Slow drink service. The Laundry Room is dead, long live the Laundry Room. The remodel that took place during Jan to May 2026 saw a wide amount of change from Corner Management, the mother company of LR. They got rid of the absolute corner stone of the lead bartender, Anthony, and redecorated the place to look more like the sister bar, Doberman Drawing Room (5 Stars). The remodel was absolutely needed, as the regulars and Dean's List could point out, the place was kind of falling apart. From water warped bar top, uncomfortable chairs, and chipped paint/worned carpet, you would think this place WAS left over from the Prohibition era. What sets this establishment apart from any of the pretend speakeasy on the strip is the atmosphere. At any given time, you could cram 16 people there at a time, even with the reduced drinking time cut from 2 hours to 90 minutes, this place could only cycle thru 50 to 60 people from the reduced nightly opening of 4 hours from 6 hours previously. This make LR special, not some faux speakeasy in Cosmo or Resort World that could jam in 80 people per hour with room to spare. Gone is the rugged identity of the old laundry room for El Cortez, this is spiced up, every square inch of the wall is covered with some art piece, very much different from the Depression era decor. Some art selection are just straight up chaos from the management, the main cherub piece behind the bar is just insanity. The new master of house, Davey, showed skills with his new 14 drink menu, but fell short of what made LR great in the past 14 years. Now, the man had just two months to create his drink list and per himself, had to start from the scratch from when he took over.. So, with that said, let's focus on the drinks. Hemingway Dalguiri, Dust + Ether, and High Noon Static - all great in taste, presentation, and talent, abet we can see the hesitation when making his own drinks, thus slowing down service by quite a bit. My party saw him struggle making 6 drinks at once, 4 of them the same drinks. Recommendation from someone else, maybe record the drink making process and try to eliminate non productive habits and motions via video viewing. Since Davey is a visionary, looking in the past is a deal breaker for him. If you are trying to finish up a previous menu for the Dean's List, the joke is on you, that is a no. Where the hostess (the only person that survived the purge from the remodel) explained to him that exception needs to happen to keep the Dean's List going, the answer was a no since no one at management told him about this. When asked about what will the new requirements will be for the future, it's simple, finish the menu before it's replaced with no chance of catching up. Once a menu is done, it's done. I guess it's easier to keep the drinks under control with less ingrediencies needed behind the bar, but wait a minute... drink number 15, Research and Development, that should give Davey some leeway to non menu drinks right? Turns out, not so much. Sidecar- cognac, orange liqueur, lemon juice. Simple right? He leaves the room to get something from Commonwealth... didn't management installed a new fridge to hold the larger ice cubes, where previous bar keep have to venture out all the time? Turns out, there was no Cognac or any Brandy in the Laundry Room. I can see how things are shaped, strict bottle control is for the benefit of the bar, not for the customer. There is now Vodka, foam, and milk wash but lost Cognac or Brandy, but besides the freedom of choices were also compounded with complete lack of rules. For the last 14 years, the hostess and bar staff on rotation were friendly yet firm about house rules. First given upon entering the secret or window doors, then by the bartender after an aperitif is given (now eliminated). No photo, religion, politic, standing at the bar, name dropping, brawling, telephone calls, PDA, and smoking, plus don't be creepy, be patient, and know your limit. Most of these were not enforced the first 2 times my party of regulars have visited since the remodel. The cardinal sin of allowing one single 4 top to seat 2 people at a time is just wild. But hey, no rules are listed on the new simple menu and none giving at the door or at the seats. So what is this place now? 20 to 23 dollars for a drink plus more for popcorn. All for the experience of being in a noise warfare between Commonwealth and La Mona Rosa's speaker systems, with LR's own music turned up high, and the piano only used one night of the week. I would recommend Doberman Drawing Room as of now for better drinks options, less noise, and vibe. The new menu to replace Fear and Laundry will come out this Fall, will be bring some regulars with me to check on LR again and hopefully give more than 2 stars on the next review.
