The Oddfellows is a fun time. There is usually a line on Saturdays, but it moved pretty quickly. They charged a $10 cover fee on Saturday night. Once you get inside, you can see the cool gothic decor. It really feels like you stepped into a scary movie. There are two main music areas in the venue and each one has its own bar. One plays alternative music and the other plays Latin music. Drink prices are reasonable compared to other bars. Ours ranged from $8 to $13. Service was pretty good and I am only docking one star because the bathroom needed some TLC. Other than that, it was very fun inside and I would love to come back. read more

Oddfellows has a cool concept and a lively atmosphere that makes it feel like a fun place to hang out, especially for drinks and casual bites. The staff was friendly and welcoming, but the service timing was a bit inconsistent during the visit. Food was okay, some dishes stood out more than others, but nothing really blew me away. This is by far one of the awesomest spots to go party. I enjoyed the dark atmosphere and the drinks was really good and affordable! A great place to go in alone and come out making new friends. Service was great and not a long wait. Had fun listening to people sing and dance. read more

Very friendly staff, especially compared to all of the other bars in the area. The security team is strict but actually very nice. So many clubs in Vegas require you to deal with a bunch of jerks before even getting in the club. It was very busy and people were acting out but the security kept the long line moving & both were friendly,. The bartenders were AMAZING & everything is reasonably priced. We had just come from Commonwealth were the doorman treated my wife like a criminal & we left without going in. Kudos to OddFellows,. We will return next time we are down. read more

The best nightclub! Been coming here for 7 years. Our sweet bartender (the man with a butterfly tattoo on his neck) remade a drink that was spilled out of my hands on the house without me even asking!! Oddfellows is and always will be the best the Fremont Bar for locals! read more

i had an amazing time and the bartenders were so great! only reason i gave 3 stars is because the dj on halloween was absolutely horrible and insanely rude to my group of friends as we tried to request some songs but we'll definitely come back on nights that the specific dj is NOT working!! read more

$7 drinks!! Bar name is on point! Calling all oddballs!! Weekend Night (Fri/Sat) $5 cover charge start at 10pm. If here before then, don't pay cover. Happy hour 8pm-10pm Sun-Thurs. 2 Dance areas with own bars and music: Friday front 80s/90s, back 70s. Saturday front indie, back latin music. Weekday nights no charge. Music changes. Sundays are hip hop. Nothing upstairs. Ask for Brent, awesome bartender! Unsure how this place usually is but loved the front indie mix. Surprised not many ppl dancing though....maybe ppl were too artsy fartsy/cool for school for it? Indie jams is such a hit in LA, it's called Dance Yourself Clean there. Loved this place. Went here on a friday night for the 80s music. The bartenders were quick with drinks and prices are affordable. Dancing was enjoyable. Best part is that it's super close to Freemont Street which is a fantastic place that I would recommend checking out as well! read more

This place is not only the cheapest on Fremont but the best!!!!! The bartender are all nice and make sure your ok if you look uncomfortable. And that the bouncers STAY ON THE LOOKOUT. Overall great place to go to. read more

After having been here quite a few times now here is an updated review with pros and cons! Pros: - Low cover fee - Lots of nice security guys - Renovations upped the ambiance - Drinks on the cheap side for the area - Fun theme nights Cons: - Generally kinda dirty... you can see the grime in corners - Resident DJ has been snarky about song requests from both me and my friends - Bathroom doors in women's restrooms still broken despite renovations - Can't request a song that does not have a music video - Small bar areas but they did add more seating - No food read more

This place played the best music! They played 80s and 90s music, which is definitely what we wanted. It is good for 40+ to go if you want to dance, but don't want to pay crazy covers. The only thing is there are younger people that go as well. They all of a sudden like the music we grew up with. They lost a star because it was super hot. They have themed nights, so I would check out their socials/website. Other than that, we will be back! read more

Years of going here I have never had any issues. Tonight was my worst experience with security. As I was jokingly checking stamps for everyone that was already in going upstairs and people were showing me and laughing as well. I was approached by a security guard who refused to give me his name and said I'll beat your ass and you'll stop your little joke. Oddfellows has always been the place you can be yourself and feel safe. Tonight was the total opposite of that. read more

My co-workers and I went for Euphoria night and let me tell you this was quite the adventure. We went ALL out because we all love Euphoria and at first we were anxious and a little embarrassed because we clearly understood the assignment (see pic below). Also the venue was heavily packed but just in the front bar because the back part wasn't open yet. We found this off because it was already 9 and the event was suppose to start at 8. Around 10pm the back part of the venue opened and that's when things started getting interesting. My friends and I got drinks and they were made VERY VERY STRONG. Pros and cons depending on who you are. But overall we had an amazing, euphoric night. read more

Just not a big fan, Used to come through frequently, but it soon became infrequently, and then hardly ever. It was always worse than before. I just don't care for the service, the property, the entertainment, the pour, the lacking of that Vegas or Downtown Old LV feel. Whenever you want a different vibe altogether outside of Vegas, you'd want to feel elsewhere, but none of the attempts hit. The pinball and games here don't ever work. It isn't ever truly clean, it smells awful most times and the people you find here are young kids hanging for the first time. I tip 20 a drink and $20 a karaoke track and it never feels like I should have. The pour isn't neat or even. The ice isn't totally clean; just like the glasses. Karaoke sounds awful here. You will leave with tinnitus! Wear earplugs, or better yet don't come. Bartenders and Hosts and security are all doing their jobs on a secondary concern. They all seem to be spacing out. I have had favorites here but they leave pretty quickly never to return working. Meaning no one is getting paid enough and poor management. The Best nights will be the DJ events. Bands and Karaoke just have terrible people contracted and don't ever care to be there. The bar area up front is neat but too crowded. They have this eerie feel with Baphomet and statues, which is the point I suppose, but the people drawn here are like usually all gothic and creepy. I get the fashion statement but no one here is presentable or fun without being needy. I'll try a few more visits this springtime to see if things change. read more

Celebrated a friend's birthday here and it's the perfect intimate spot if your trying to grab a quick drink or dance away to some 80s, 90s and 2000s mash up songs! Oddfellows is not directly on Fremont St., but if you walk down a block you can't miss it! *ONLY DOWNFALL is they charge. $5 cover fee. Once you're in, it can get crowded so don't complain, because you have been warned. They have a small bar as soon as you enter and if you continue to walk to the back, you'll find a back room consisting with another small bar with a dance plus mini stage. It gets hot back here so again, you've been warned so don't complain. Lol. The drinks are decent priced at an average cost of about $8 a drink. The pours are pretty hefty, go to Tim and he'll really help you enjoy your night! The crowd is on the younger side, and you'll run into all types of people. This spot is nice because again, it's off the main Fremont st, so it's less crowded.. read more

I loved Oddfellows. It's vibe was very cool 'pre-Covid' and I loved the different music nights they hold. Loved the darkness and awesome peeps who frequent it. After Covid they reopened with a remodel and a very different open layout which I like. My critique is that they have tables and seating on the entire dance floor for karaoke. Instead of dancing along with the music, you can only sit there and tap your knee like a senior in an old folks home. Once I tried to move a table and some chairs so I could dance and I got in trouble for causing a fire hazard; like people couldn't escape if there was a fire because of me wanting to have room to dance. In a dance club I love music and to sing and dance so I don't go anymore. Vegas has many options for karaoke where one can dance. Too bad. read more

**** Friday Night 80's Night Review **** I grew up to 80's music, I especially loved the 80's KROQ (Los Angeles) New Wave scene. I tell my friends and myself every time a good new wave song comes on, how can you not the Richard Blade'ish New Wave music??? Yeah...many thanks to Yelp. I was in Las Vegas over the weekend and rather than a popular club on the strip, I searched 80's club. Found Oddfellows in DTLV (right across from the El Cortez Hotel) with Friday 80's night. Score!! $5 cover for dudes, free for the ladies. Walked in Culture Club then some Billy Idol, Young MC, Pet Shop Boys, The Cure, Flock of Seagulls....shall I keep going? If you're into this music, Oddfellows Friday night is a MUST! The DJ plays the MV and the music and everyone is having a great time! Drinks were also cheap! We were able to get mixed drinks for under $10 (you'd never find a mixed drink for under $12-$15 on the strip). They also closed late....400am! Next time I'm in Vegas, I'll be back! It was pretty casual as well. Saw some creepers in shorts. And a lot of the crowd didn't look like they were born in the 70s-80s!! Both of a mix of young and old!! Posting some of the videos I took of the various songs. Good for locals and tourist! Parking lots right across the street, pay to park. read more

A great place to get cheap drinks, people watch and sometimes dance. I come to places like oddfellows for 2 reasons. For drinks and to dance. Oddfellows had me covered with drinks. Cheap and strong just the way I like them. There never was a struggle to get drinks either which was also a plus and all the bartenders were nice. The music though was much to be desired. They'd be playing 80s jams from the Cure but then the next song is a techno song like Sandstorm. This wasn't just once, this happened throughout the whole night. Don't get me wrong, I like Sandstorm, but their needs to be some rhythm when mixing songs. The DJ takes request for money, so if you have deep pockets, I'm sure you could throw down some money for a few songs in a row. read more

Love 80s/90s dance party on Friday nights!! Whenever we are in Vegas we make sure to be there on a Friday so we can attend. The music is great, the drinks are reasonably priced, and the bartenders are amazing! Always a fun crowd in an old school, unassuming atmosphere, which is hard to find in Vegas or Scottsdale where we are from. I literally feel like I get sent back to my college days when I am in this place, and that's just so hard to find anymore! read more

It was a fun little place. The service was good nothing to complain about. Read that a review said if your not a regular they were ignored but we had not experienced that as a first time visitor. There is no food like it stated on their website but that's ok we just went across the street to the hotel casino and grab a quick bite. The music was great and for me an my ladies who were teens in the 80/90's we didn't feel out of sorts because there was truly all types. Definitely recommend this place for the older generation to check this place out of their 80/90's music nights because we may be older but we still like to dance...we're not dead lol. read more

I came to town for Superbowl weekend and stumbled on this hidden gem! Our bartender was terrific; he was located at the front of the bar on Sunday night and was just such a joy to be around. We popped in for a drink and ended up opening a tab and enjoying every cocktail we had. Unfortunately, I only got one picture of the superb Mojito he made for me, but WOW! Excellent service and energy! I'll be back for sure!! read more

Definitely one of the best bars downtown! As it was my first time here, I've heard so much about it and how interesting the place actually was. I went on a weekday and there was no cover fee! Only on special occasions and weekends I think there's a cover fee. But it was worth any cover fee in my opinion. Felt like I walked through portals into different worlds! The first room - looks like any corner bar in Vegas but has a modern interior, the bar was small but intimate. there were projections on the walls and the vibe felt almost like a cafe/bistro that stayed open after it closed if that makes sense. At first we thought that was the whole bar until the worker said there's more in the back. Went through a hallway and got fully immersed. The second room - A massive two story room with a stage and second floor for additional viewing and seating. Another bar as if one bar wasn't enough. The room was dimmed out and the lighting focused on the stage where I saw a DJ and a vocalist perform of what sounded like European house music and it sounded amazing. Felt like I was in an underground club in Europe. It doesn't end there next to the performers was an artist painting on canvas on the spot. Then we noticed a hidden hallway on the right side of the stage and it doesn't end there. The third room - Another room that is saturated with colors and another bar + DJ. Additionally, the music was more I guess electronic/rave music and it was pretty cool too. I am someone who doesn't drink but loves to explore unique places and Oddfellows redefined what a bar could really be. I enjoyed this place by just walking in. Now this isn't the most themed bar like the golden tiki BUT the way it was setup with the three rooms were amazing. Definitely something you may of never experienced before and is something worth seeing if you're in Vegas. read more

As someone who loves all things quirky and unusual, The Golden Tiki has always been right up my alley. When a friend came into town and wanted to celebrate her boyfriend's birthday, I thought it would be the perfect place to kick off our evening. I was able to make an online reservation just a couple of days in advance, which was quick and painless. What I didn't realize was that they offer a weekday happy hour and live music! We were seated in "Bull***t Corner," which turned out to be the perfect spot. We had a great view of both the bar and the entertainment, making for a lively and entertaining atmosphere. Also, can't forget to mention the service. The hosts were fun but our actual server was absolutely hysterical and fit right in with the fun. She kept us laughing throughout our visit, while also being incredibly attentive. Despite the busy atmosphere, she made sure our drinks were flowing, checked on us regularly, and made sure everything was taken care of. It's not often you find someone who can be both entertaining and genuinely great at their job, but she pulled it off effortlessly. Our guests were genuinely impressed, and everyone had a fantastic time. The drinks were excellent as always--I honestly don't think I've ever had a bad cocktail here. I haven't had the chance to try their food yet, and we decided to stick with a few drinks since we already had dinner reservations elsewhere, but after this visit, I definitely plan on coming back on a weeknight to order from the food menu. If you're looking for a fun, unique Vegas experience with great drinks, and plenty of personality, The Golden Tiki is always a solid choice.

The Laundry Room is a cool, intimate speakeasy located within downtown LV. Only 16 people are…read moreallowed in at one time, you need a reservation, and there's a dress code. We were seated at the bar and had a nice time interacting with the cocktail craftsman/man in charge, Davey. The menu is his creative brainchild and changes a few times a year, with the current one based on the movie Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. There's a 90 minute limit and 2 drink minimum per guest. Because of the craft and attention to detail that goes into each cocktail, we finished our 2 drinks just about right at the 90 minute mark. I really enjoyed both of my cocktails but the one that stood out to me the most was Strange Medicine. It was reminiscent of a martini but with Brie-washed Old Bison vodka, Cocchi Americano, and herb oil. It was so good that I wasn't sure what drink to choose next, but Davey was helpful with a great recommendation for another cocktail served with a chunk of parmesan cheese on top. Keep in mind that you're paying for the experience and the level of craft. So with a 2 drink minimum it won't be a cheap experience but it's definitely something worth checking out for the unique, creative cocktails.

The Laundry Room is dead, long live the Laundry Room. The remodel that took place during Jan to May 2026 saw a wide amount of change from Corner Management, the mother company of LR. They got rid of the absolute corner stone of the lead bartender, Anthony, and redecorated the place to look more like the sister bar, Doberman Drawing Room (5 Stars). The remodel was absolutely needed, as the regulars and Dean's List could point out, the place was kind of falling apart. From water warped bar top, uncomfortable chairs, and chipped paint/worned carpet, you would think this place WAS left over from the Prohibition era. What sets this establishment apart from any of the pretend speakeasy on the strip is the atmosphere. At any given time, you could cram 16 people there at a time, even with the reduced drinking time cut from 2 hours to 90 minutes, this place could only cycle thru 50 to 60 people from the reduced nightly opening of 4 hours from 6 hours previously. This make LR special, not some faux speakeasy in Cosmo or Resort World that could jam in 80 people per hour with room to spare. Gone is the rugged identity of the old laundry room for El Cortez, this is spiced up, every square inch of the wall is covered with some art piece, very much different from the Depression era decor. Some art selection are just straight up chaos from the management, the main cherub piece behind the bar is just insanity. The new master of house, Davey, showed skills with his new 14 drink menu, but fell short of what made LR great in the past 14 years. Now, the man had just two months to create his drink list and per himself, had to start from the scratch from when he took over.. So, with that said, let's focus on the drinks. Hemingway Dalguiri, Dust + Ether, and High Noon Static - all great in taste, presentation, and talent, abet we can see the hesitation when making his own drinks, thus slowing down service by quite a bit. My party saw him struggle making 6 drinks at once, 4 of them the same drinks. Recommendation from someone else, maybe record the drink making process and try to eliminate non productive habits and motions via video viewing. Since Davey is a visionary, looking in the past is a deal breaker for him. If you are trying to finish up a previous menu for the Dean's List, the joke is on you, that is a no. Where the hostess (the only person that survived the purge from the remodel) explained to him that exception needs to happen to keep the Dean's List going, the answer was a no since no one at management told him about this. When asked about what will the new requirements will be for the future, it's simple, finish the menu before it's replaced with no chance of catching up. Once a menu is done, it's done. I guess it's easier to keep the drinks under control with less ingrediencies needed behind the bar, but wait a minute... drink number 15, Research and Development, that should give Davey some leeway to non menu drinks right? Turns out, not so much. Sidecar- cognac, orange liqueur, lemon juice. Simple right? He leaves the room to get something from Commonwealth... didn't management installed a new fridge to hold the larger ice cubes, where previous bar keep have to venture out all the time? Turns out, there was no Cognac or any Brandy in the Laundry Room. I can see how things are shaped, strict bottle control is for the benefit of the bar, not for the customer. There is now Vodka, foam, and milk wash but lost Cognac or Brandy, but besides the freedom of choices were also compounded with complete lack of rules. For the last 14 years, the hostess and bar staff on rotation were friendly yet firm about house rules. First given upon entering the secret or window doors, then by the bartender after an aperitif is given (now eliminated). No photo, religion, politic, standing at the bar, name dropping, brawling, telephone calls, PDA, and smoking, plus don't be creepy, be patient, and know your limit. Most of these were not enforced the first 2 times my party of regulars have visited since the remodel. The cardinal sin of allowing one single 4 top to seat 2 people at a time is just wild. But hey, no rules are listed on the new simple menu and none giving at the door or at the seats. So what is this place now? 20 to 23 dollars for a drink plus more for popcorn. All for the experience of being in a noise warfare between Commonwealth and La Mona Rosa's speaker systems, with LR's own music turned up high, and the piano only used one night of the week. I would recommend Doberman Drawing Room as of now for better drinks options, less noise, and vibe. The new menu to replace Fear and Laundry will come out this Fall, will be bring some regulars with me to check on LR again and hopefully give more than 2 stars on the next review.

Australian Lobster was amazing! Our service was amazing! This is the best part of Plaza and is a must visit for us every trip to Vegas, regardless if we are staying downtown.
