So, Dee went to this guy, upon recommendation from her trainer...(who is a female competitive body builder), and said he worked miracles on her. He was very thorough in the consult, and asked many questions, seemed to have an excellent analytical process, referenced a clinical textbook section on body movement and function as infants, correlated to the required baseline of movement in adulthood. Very logical and supported treatment approach. Also, looks like he has multiple certifications in addition to his chiropractic degree... validated by his ability to poke my lower back like Spock or Xena... and magically make the achy stiffness better. I've gone to at least 8-9 chiropractors over the years... with little or minimal effect... this guy is really good. If my lower back improves in the next few months, I will up this to 5 stars.

In the air I went landing squarely on my right side. At first I thought I was fine. I had pain but thought it would go away when the bruises went away. I was so wrong. The pain was there on and off, and then it was always there. It was the kind of pain that I learned to live with. I made adjustments around it. I slept only on my back with extra pillows in bed to prop up my legs. I had pillows tucked on either side of me so I would not turn over during the night because some sleep positions caused more pain than others. (My husband did not like that). Special pillows when I sat in chairs as firm chairs were unforgiving and caused sciatica pain. I had a special pillow for my chair at the dinner table. I even had a pillow for my lower back while driving. I could not stand for long periods of time. I could not bend down for fear of the shooting pain while getting up. I could not clean or carry moderately heavy things. Forget about exercising or taking long walks. If I did, I knew I would pay dearly for it less than an hour later. The changes I made in my life to accommodate pain were ridiculous. One Sunday evening while I was going through my "survival system", my husband said, "I've had it! He set me up with a list of stretches and motion exercises to get the new knee operational. Meredith was the star who helped me get through some tough nagging injuries - so I felt compelled to state that she moved on from this location. She really went the extra mile and I mean, look at all the reviews she's garnered for this business, that's saying something. If you aren't necessarily set on being inside the gym and want someone with an awesome reputation, look her up. Cindy and her team have expertise in treating the whole body. It all works together so even if you have an arm injury it is connected to your shoulder and neck and they will make sure everything is working at its best. I have significant medical issues that require me to be in rehabilitation on and off, and the older I get the more I feel how getting "put back together" means to my life.
