They actually treat you like a person and even remember and greet you by name. They work with you and your pain and injury rather than go by the book and go out of their way to help you, way beyond the call of duty. They spend time getting to know you and your injury and focus on those points not like the other places that tell you to do your exercises by rote and don't even make eye contact treating you like a zombie. A special shout out to the therapists there who genuinely care like Barbara, Pretzel, Mocha, Brittany and Palak who treated me like family. If you're looking for physical therapy stop your search right here and go there. I very highly recommend it and will stand by it.

He was very caring...she has dementia and he allowed for that in all of his visits with her. Very patient. Because she couldn't stand at her first follow-up appointment, he wrote a script so she could get an x-ray at the rehab facility. He was cautious with his recommendations re weight-bearing, his follow-up appointments were right on time (nice, considering we had to use a Medi-Van. His staff was courteous and professional. He gets 5 Stars from me. She was released today after her second appointment....60 days after surgery. No pain since about 3 weeks after surgery. He'd be my guy if I ever broke my hip. Excellent doctor, in my opinion.

Now me and my wife are stuck at the hospital over night because they forgot to sign the discharge paperwork, after they told us we can leave at 5pm. We contacted the nurse practitioner and she said the doctor can sign the papers after 10pm but it is now 1am and we are still stuck at the hospital with our kids stuck at home. We had to find someone who could watch them another night. And we are stuck in this hospital again. Wonder who is gonna pay for another night?

First of all the facility is immaculate. From the waiting area to all the equipment areas - even before the pandemic all areas were always spotless. And when Covid hit, every precaution was taken and every protocol followed. I always felt very safe and protected. At the front desk, Vik always greeted me with a smile and a friendly word. As a physical therapist, Anita is extremely competent and professional, but also very welcoming and friendly. She is one of the best therapists I have ever worked with: knowledge and thorough, as well as patient and kind. She could tell if I was having a bad day with pain & stiffness from RA, but still helped me progress in strengthening my shoulder. I always received individual attention- unlike other clinics that overbook and basically leave you on your own. When the need arises, I will definitely go back to Northwest PT.
