She got their tow truck operator dispatched and told me they had no problem holding my vehicle, etc. Marcos, their tow truck operator, got there fairly quick and delivered my truck to their lot. He was super nice and efficient. I asked them to run a diagnostic if needed and let me know what the estimated repairs would be. I would have to figure out how to get back to ABQ from AZ, etc. My wife called them on Tuesday (I was up to my rear in alligators at work). Their initial find was a frayed PCM cable (truck has +255k miles). Wednesday, the gal called to give me the prognosis and estimated cost. I gave them the nod to proceed. She left a message later in the day to say my truck was ready (still swimming with those gators). My personal issue was getting to their shop to pay them and pick my truck up.
