If I could give 0 stars I would. To make a vert long story short. The truck was there for almost 2 weeks for a 3-4 day job. It took 3 days to pay them yes to give them money. There computers were down could not send a link to pay. Bill was over 8k so decided to ACH which went through our bank immediately but took 2 days to talk with accounting to confirm. Driver picks up truck there are now engine lights on that were not on before. I know customer service responds to these reviews don't bother unless you plan on reimbursement of the motel, rental car and the loads missed while basically being held hostage to your horrible service. read more

Took my this establishment and explained I have a terrible shimmy anytime I go over 40 miles an hour if they could check and see what would cause that also I had a minor fender bender a month ago so I wanted them to check it out and make sure nothing was wrong I sat outside for three hours. They completed the estimate did not look at my front end of my truck then proceeded to charge me $350 for an estimate. This is terrible customer service and business in general. Ohhh man do not come to this place for service or help. They are horrible!! Was waiting in line for 30 min just standing and waiting. 3 dudes were up at the front but only 1 was helping a customer. Other two dudes just stood there together looking at a computer and joking while knowing I need assistance. They look up to me two times so I know they see me, but nope still no "what can I help you with". All I got from them was "one moment sir" and that's all. Just turned around and walked out the door. As a business owner I hate to leave negative yelps but this situation is ridiculous. I purchased nearly $5k worth of parts at the end of December 2020. $1700 was for core charges that I have not been reimbursed for nearly 60 days later. I live in CA, and had to make the purchase via ACH transfer due to the amount. Now I've been trying to track down the money/check but continue to get run around. Servando Ruiz was great during the sales process, and he was told a check was sent to me. I told him we never received it so he referred me to their office. Michelle Spillers in the office told me she reached out to corporate and would give me an update, I asked for a call/email and haven't received either. Truck has been in the shop for over 2 months for a warrantied items. No help with a loaner, no known date of when it will be completed. Even called Peterbilt customer service 3 time over the last week & they told me a regional manager would contact me. I've yet to receive a call from anyone. read more

I thought Rush in CA was bad. This place was off to a good start. Older gentleman helped me when I dropped truck off for PM (oil change) said it was first come first serve that was Wednesday, I get an email, not a call, truck is ready. tech found these three things need fixed. So I call them, hey what did you find? He reads it off I say yes fix all three. So I call Monday just for an update, oh let me check. Guy says, I'm not sure I'll find out and call back. No call on Monday or Tuesday. I call Wednesday one week later! Hey, update please. Oh let me check, he says I don't know there are new parts on the bench tech didn't leave a note he works at night. I'll call you back I have your number. No call. Today is Thursday and I get an email 9pm, your truck is available for the next tech?! I understand places are busy. The Rush in CA and in El Paso I've done business with call and say we found the problem and are working on it or it's going to be longer had to order parts whatever the case. But they communicate, this place F++ for communication. I'm not a national carrier who can just jump into another truck and keep going. I'm not expecting an over night fix I've been in trucking long enough to know when you take your truck in, it takes time to fix. The things I need fixed are easy though, tie rod ends, one wheel seal and two rear brake chambers. So after the oil change did I go to the back of the line? One of the worst experiences I have ever had. I will start off by saying the RUSH Truck Center in Dallas TX is the worst. They had my truck for 5 weeks and when I went to pick it up the same engine lights that were on when I dropped it off were the same lights on when I went to pick it up. I spent $9,400.00 only to pick the truck up and drive half a mile down the road all the lights came back on and the truck can only drive 45 mph. Keep in mind I do not live in Texas, I am from New Jersey so I had to leave my truck and then pay to fly back to Texas to pick up a truck that is still not fixed. Once I realized that the truck could not accelerate past 45mph I drove it back to RUSH. I was then told that oh, maybe we need to do an oil change for the transmission. I am now very confused. You had my truck for 5 weeks and told me that it was ready for pick up and now I may need a transmission oil change. Why wasn't a test drive performed on the truck? After reading the invoice it states that your tech just started and ran the truck, and no test drive was ever done. Did you guys just clear all the lights in the dashboard? I am so disappointed! My truck is my livelihood, I could not make any money while my truck was being repaired. When I bought the truck back the Tech (Coty) keep repeating that this is now a different issue that is wrong with the truck. Ok, I understand that, but shouldn't you guys have seen that issue? I was first quoted $7,300.00 for the truck repairs then four weeks in I was told that something else was wrong and it would be an additional $2,000. Why did you guys not run another diagnostic to ensure that everything was working fine? Now I am out of $9,400 not able to pick up any loads to get me back East coast and still have a broken truck. Worst buying experience and customer service ever. I bought two trucks at once and I have never felt like I have been given the run around before until now. Completely dishonest and inaccurate with his word. Telling me my trucks are DOT inspected when clearly I am having issues. I am making payments for trucks I can't use because Rush trucks shop takes over a month to maintenance trucks. Telling ME to pay for a rental (which I did) and then WAIT for them to reimburse me. I am STILL waiting on payment. A call back? Time and time again I've called and NOTHING. I get you're busy and possibly backed up, but for your salesman to repeatedly give me the run around is unacceptable. "Will my truck be ready soon?" his response - "I hope so". What kind of response is that to your customer? Why wouldn't you call and get your customer that information immediately? I have all the text communication to prove it.
