I came to this location today around 11:40am from Grand Prairie because they had the battery I needed for my BMW. I walk in, 13 people in line. 1 person on register, 2 out looking for parts in the back. One gets finished looking for part, opens register and instead of taking the next person in the main line, she takes the first one closest to her and the line splits. Other person is finished looking for part in back, gets to the register to close out with the guy he was helping. I am standing behind him and when the customer is done, employee leaves me in line without saying a word. I move to the open register of the employee that split the line and when I'm next... she goes to install a battery while I'm at her counter without saying a word to me. Employee that disappeared as well as a new one that wasn't identified earlier goes outside to help install the battery. I'm left in a line by myself. Main line now has 7 people from 2 separate lines feeding into it while there's 1 employee looking for parts. Autozone may wanna question the ability of whatever managers on shift right now. Oh and the doorways alarm keeps going off as if someone is stealing something despite nobody walking though it.....

Daughter got off, purchase the windshield washer fluid, me being mom decided to exit the truck to add the fluid. At same time Carlos passed by with a customer, he noticed me and right away opened the hood and assisted adding the washer fluid. So a Huge shout out to Carlos Chapman , not only was he a gentleman, he was very professional, handsome & polite, we don't get that often, so I'm very pleased to write a wonderful review, I've dealt with customers many years and I believe that no matter the situation, the customer is always a priority & that's exactly what Carlos did. So O'Reilly! You got yourself a great employee, value him, because now days it's not easy to find a worker, specially with management title to treat customers like this. I came in without an appointment and they told me it would be 30 minutes to check it out. There were at least 10 people in the waiting room so I was a little skeptical on the time. I was VERY surprised when they came back after 20 minutes and had a diagnosis and a handwritten quote for repair. Unfortunately I did not have time to have them do the 3 hour repair but they said I was okay to drive with the light. I tried to pay them for the diagnosis but they refused. Multiple customers spoke up, saying I was not going to get very far with paying them. They said they were all returning customers, and that this place was the BEST in customer service. That was clearly apparent to me at that point, but to hear customers speak up like that was surprising. A big thank you to Hondura Car Services for being so good and so kind. Next day, I go into return all the parts and they refuse to return the part that was open. But they sold it to me like that. They claimed it was used but they sold it to me that way. When I tried to talk to the manager they told me he was out all week. So I was transferred to the higher ups... they did not answer. I left a voicemail and they have not returned my call. Honestly, I am livid that they have the audacity to sell used parts and literally steal from people. This part was $280 plus taxes. We asked them to check the cameras to verify that they had sold it to us that why and they refused. Kenworth, check your employees and managers because I'm pretty sure they are stealing from you and their customers. I will be contacting corporate.
