He asked me for a specific number found on a Mexican ID; I said, "Look, here is the photo--I don't know which number you're referring to. Could you please tell me which one it is?" To this, he replied very arrogantly that he didn't know, and that if I wanted to send something, *I* was the one who needed to know. I explained, "But this is the first time I've ever sent something like this, and I simply don't know what you're asking for." He then walked away, leaving me standing there talking to myself. I will never forget how I feel because was a lot of people.
