I was driving recently and my check engine and battery lights came on. After googling and finding out that it was most likely the alternator, I began to look for mechanics close to my house. I called on Friday to see if they could fit me in (appointments only on Saturdays) and was told that they were all booked up, but if I wanted to drop the car off they could get it in asap. I did just that, and on Monday morning I received a call from Ernie saying that it was the alternator belt, and that it would be ready for me to pick up later that day. Talk about quick service!
