Unfortunately, the first staff member I spoke with was extremely rude and unwilling to help. When I explained my situation and asked about rescheduling, she abruptly told me the provider was booked until July and seemed bothered by my request. After I expressed my frustration with her lack of customer service, she hung up on me. I called back and spoke with someone else who was much more polite and professional, but unfortunately they were unable to offer any solutions. While I understand scheduling limitations, there is no excuse for being disrespectful to patients who are simply trying to coordinate necessary follow-up care. The interaction left me disappointed and frustrated with the office's customer service. Please book somewhere else where your time and money are valued.

The day of the appointment I arrived a little a early so I could do paper work and etc the receptionist took my ID & insurance card pushed me a clipboard to fill out before I could even get called back I had to deal with the receptionist three different times . After the third time I left to go to the restroom came back and sat there and waited and waited meanwhile the staff called everyone that were sitting in the waiting room or had checked in. Finally an hour later I finally got called to the back got a x ray and shown to a room. A short time later Dr. Swanson finally walks in throws a pair of gloves on takes a look literally a minute later he pulled them off said we will get you scheduled for surgery it'll be done with an iv and you'll be a sleep I had asked him about the other option to where I'm numb and relaxed he said I don't know if you can handle a ton of needles I had mentioned that my anxiety the day of the appointment was high and day of the procedure would be through the roof & i had mentioned I had one other medical issue his suggestion was to have me fully knocked out to ease with my anxiety the surgeon told the girl at the computer let's go ahead and get him scheduled that way he opened the door walked out of the room I finish up with the girl in the room & i head out. I got the same person who immediately tried to put me on hold again. I told her I'd already been through that. Without even giving me a chance to explain what happened she retorted "We're busy!!! Hold on!!!" And she put me on hold again!! After a few minutes, I hung up before getting transferred to nobody again. Today, I tried calling again and the woman immediately tried to put me on hold again. I told her I'd already been through that And again, given no chance to explain and I got the same exact rude response. "We're busy!! Hold on!!" I called again and tried a different menu choice hoping I could get someone who could connect me to an office manager. I got a voicemail for a confide phone line. I left a message to have an office manager to call me back. Will see what,if anything, happens. Since the office staff scheduling appoinTientsin are "too busy" and too rude, it's time to find a different oral surgeon. I only hope that Dr. Swanson & Dr.Glyman see this. They need to know how their frontline staff behaves and how they are driving away patients including me!!

Dr Daccache was extremely nice and patient with me for the procedure. He walked me through the process and was so quick and thorough. Before I knew it, he had already gotten my tooth out. I've gotten my other wisdom teeth removed before but never experienced such a smooth and painless procedure. Thank you, Dr Daccache :)

They deserve a raise for how quick and patient they are with the type of folks I saw come in here. That comment about the whole African Americans not being served quickly BS. sis gotta chill. Because I'm black and dang near majority of the patients were black. They move as quick as they can. Henry and I believe her name was Iridle (sorry if I got that wrong) also were amazing. Great conversation to keep me calm because I was terrified! The oral surgeon was also great! Informed me of what to expect and answered any questions or concerns I had. The facility isn't in the best area, which had me a bit worried, but the staff made everything feel welcoming.

I went yesterday because the cap on the tooth they worked on fell off. I was going on vacation so I asked them to glue it back on so I don't get any bacteria infiltrated during my trip. The ripped off dentist said that the base is loose and want me to see the orthodontic and redo the whole tooth for thousands of dollars. Went to another dentist down the street, they told me that my tooth was not loose and they cap it for little money and confirmed that nothing wrong with it. I wanted to find an experienced one and luckily discovered Dr. Dawn Green, a very knowledgeable dentist who's been doing this for over a quarter century. And her office is clean, she's clean....just like I don't want my tattoo artist to have a nervous twitch, my dentist cannot put dirty fingers in my mouth. My dentist's nails should not look like she just replaced the transmission on a Ford. But Dr. Green gets weekly manicures and lets mechanics work on her car. The exam room has a soothing back-massage chair for the patient, where you look out of a big picture window into a relaxing, woodsy setting. At one point, she abruptly stopped poking inside my mouth and we both watched nature unfold - a pair of frolicking squirrels procreating on a tree limb. It's like you're in a meadow at Yosemite enjoying nature, that's how un-citylike this office is. The ultra-pleasant front desk gals Maria and Liliana were non-stop and energetically answering phones, dealing with insurance, cleaning up...at one point they were sanitizing floors between patients, which I'd never seen before in any office. At my last dentist, the girls were mostly watching videos and texting boyfriends. As a result of my initial and follow-up visits, Dr. Green fixed my chipped tooth like an expert and gave some helpful advice - stop gnawing on rock candy. But nothing sums up how impressed I was with her dental skills like my next trip to the grocery store. She inspired me to switch brands of dish soap so I no longer buy Palmolive Gold...it's Dawn Green only from now on, in honor of her sparkly clean and anti-bacterial exam rooms. Dr. Dawn L.
