Robin was asking specific questions that I didn't exactly have the answer to considering I literally just got insurance and I'm an ignorant young adult. And the attitude i got in return made me feel incredibly embarrassed. No point in the right direction, no understanding, nothing. Just "I-I- don't know" "I- I- can't", you would think if you were qualified enough to be hired at place that practices medical service you could at least have the decency to be welcoming and understanding of someone who doesnt know certain things.

Melissa at the Walmart Vision Center in Medford is the best. I live an hour and twenty minutes…read moreaway. Melissa had my glasses mailed to me after they were made. I tried bi-focals and didn't like them. Melissa talked to the optometrist and got me a single vision prescription without me going back (almost three hours round trip.) She had the new glasses mailed to me too. She was very nice and very helpful every step of the way. Customer service like this doesn't exist any more. The Walmart Vision Center and Melissa deserve five stars. Thanks.

The fact they made the glasses right there in the shop really impressed me; they are lighter, feel much better, and are clearly well-made. I will definitely keep coming back here for my optometry needs and highly recommend them to anyone who needs eye care services.
