Wow! Completely exceeded my expectations! I have been dying, DYING to come here because the store looks so beautiful and I have always loved Russell Stover chocolates above all others. There is just something about those whipped creamy centers that really gets me going! A perfect time to visit at Easter too! Whipped passion fruit, mango, banana and all kinds of eggs await you. We were searching out coconut nests and we found em! The store is so happy and colorful and very neat and organized. It has eye appeal. I'm telling you it took my breath away! The help was very kind and courteous too. We each were given a free sample of an individually wrapped piece of chocolate, I got a cookie dough egg. Yummy. They offer a wonderful selection of delicious sugar free candy too. I favor the Russell Stover sugar-free by far over the Whitman's brand. Towards the rear of the store they carry amazing deals on seasonal candy close outs. Some slightly or nearing expiration. Then some are "bloopers" the less than perfect chocolates. They sell beautiful caramel apples. Also they have ice cream creations available. Those were unexpected surprises! They have a rewards card and I scored a free small box of chocolates because I spent over 18$. Woo hoo!! read more

I was in the are driving from New York back home to Pittsburgh and it was pouring rain. I decided to stop at Cabela's and then saw Russell Stover, Chocolate have to stop there. The store is pretty big and candy as far as the eyes can see. The cashiers were very friendly and very helpful. The place has everything from small individual candies to huge gift boxes of candy. There is a room in the back with all discounted and clearance items as well. I got a small box of candies to take home and got 2 dark chocolate champagne truffles. The truffles were delicious and I have always liked Russel Stover chocolates Just have never seen an actual store. I would say it is definitely worth a trip if you are int he area. read more

We were looking for ice cream shop that has hot fudge, decided to try Russell Stover Chocolates in Hamburg. They have few flavors ice cream and hot fudge. I ordered small cup moose tracks ice cream with hot fudge and crushed peanuts. Friend ordered small cup sugarless butter pecan ice cream with hot fudge and peanuts. Female employee who prepared our sundaes had attitude when we asked for more hot fudge and more peanuts added to sundae. They charge $12 for two small sundaes, so why give attitude to customers for wanting sufficient hot fudge and peanuts for sundae? I enjoyed mine even though hot fudge not hot. Friend did not like ice cream or hot fudge so she returned it for full refund. She said hot fudge was not hot, it was actually hard, which is true. read more

The selection in here is simply huge. If you want it, they are pretty much guaranteed to have it. It was fun shopping in the back in the older candy section from past holidays like Christmas. There was also a nice selection of diabetic candies. The young woman working at the counter was incredibly nice and helped me find a few things I was looking for. We decided to visit this store after seeing it was close to our hotel, and not going to lie but because it mentioned free samples in the advertisements! We entered the store a half hour before closing and were greeted and offered a sample of chocolate. The store had all the packaged favorites, as well as a bakery section with fudge and chocolate covered novelties, and an ice cream selection as well! I tried the sea salt caramel sundae and it was the perfect combination of salty and sweet, very decadent! The cup was large too and difficult to finish, well worth the $5.99 price. We felt horrible ordering so much so close to closing time, but the employee David was super polite and helpful and didn't seem to mind in the least. Their chocolates used to be good. Now they suck. They jacked up the prices and quality went out the window. They had the nerve to charge 30.00 for a huge advent calendar filled with cheap pieces of small chocolate Santa's that you can buy by the bag 48 pcs for 7.99. And there's more of them than anything. Cheap. A 100 varieties and filled with crap. Sad. read more

Seriously, there should be a law. Access to sweet, sweet candy shouldn't be this easy. We stopped here during our venture to Cabela's. The wife and daughter wanted to check the place out. As soon as you walk in here they give you a piece of candy. How dangerous is that? Of course they have the nice, high end stuff out front. It all looks so good. They even had caramel apples that, of course, looked awesome! In the back is the "bloopers". The cheap stuff. I don't really know why it's back there but it's cheaper then the stuff up front. I felt my belt getting tighter so I headed to the sitting area up front before I ended up in a diabetic coma. But my wife did good here. She bought 3 pounds of candy/chocolate for about 8 dollars. I ate one piece of candy and gained 5 pounds. Sometimes life isnt fair. Fair or not, if you're in the area, stop in and get yourself a free sample. Beware of the blooper section. Unfortunately my first experience at this establishment was less than savory! I was offered a sample chocolate which i gladly accepted, only to be told to "open my eyes" when it came time to dispose of the wrapper. I understand now that there are a few trash disposal units around the facility but left feeling disrespected for something as simple as, asking, can you please throw this away for me! read more
