Daughter loved ballet/tap and we enrolled her. So far we are very happy with the classes and how structured everything seems, even for the youngest dancers. Studio is always a text message away and they send several emails during the week to keep us updated with any changes. I have to add that studio takes feedback well and are always eager to help. They are also very strict with how classes go which I appreciate since toddlers need that structure and strictness. My daughter loves her classes and looks forward to each one. Looking forward to a year of more dancing for our little one!

The most basic class is called "Break Down" where the instructor will literally break down the moves of a specific routine. At the Orlando location, Elisa and Renee are musical dance geniuses. Both are accomplished dancers and will totally rock your world with TONS of self-made routines. I have only taken classes from Elisa and Renee, but I know there are a few other great instructors that teach the classes as well. The dances are set to current, catchy and just plain 'ol freaking awesome jams. I'm not lying that it feels like you are IN DA CLUBBBB when the music starts pumping. The classes literally fly by! Very nasty to other dance studios. Way to teach your children good sportsmanship. The owner should be mortified at your behavior. I'd be careful with this studio…read more... They talk a lot of hype about their programs and that their faculty is the most "wanted faculty" in the industry. When in reality, their faculty isn't even remotely involved in the industry nor do they teach for any known or established studios or companies. The programs are not at par with the other programs at the top dance studios. A big reason for that is their lack of willingness to change with the times and branch out. If you want your child to be a good dancer, sure, take them here, but if you want your child to be an incredible and successful dancer in the dance industry, take them somewhere else that is more up to date with how to teach and promote their students. As for the director, she "preaches" the word of God, but over the recent years, the studio has lost a huge chunk of their really good dancers. They all went to other studios because of drama at the studio or even because some felt the studio wasn't "practicing what they preached." All I have to say with this studio is, be careful.

I heard about Allure Dance from a couple of people and read some reviews but it was the website and the introduction video by the owner that got me to sign up for my first class. In a way her story resonated with me and I said if she could do it then so could I. She was compelling, warm, and inviting. She made pole dancing seem like therapy and since joining I've discovered it very much is. I look forward to my classes each week. Before signing up for my first class I browsed the website and got a really thorough feel for the place. The Q & A section answered many of my questions. Signing up was easy. The step by step instructions are very easy to comprehend. I signed up for one of their Saturday morning classes and got there 15 minutes early to fill out paper work. That's when I met Andrea, one of the instructors. I knew off the bat that she was the instructor because the way she moved around the front office commanded respect. She was awesome. She made me feel welcomed and confident even though I felt really awkward at times. After that first class I was sold! My body felt stronger, I felt amazing, and after meeting some of the other students and hearing their success stories I knew this is where I wanted to be. I have a new respect for pole dancing and dancers. These women are physically and mentally fit and strong which is what I want for my mind and body. I got a complete work out and had major fun doing it in a sexy, alluring, way. A couple of days later I signed up with their Unlimited Membership and was allowed to use my first class payment towards my new membership. I booked a class through Groupon and when I got to the address they sent me IT WAS A TATTOO SHOP! Then when I tried to call the phone number they emailed me. It was also the wrong number. So then I had to search on google for a phone number to at least one of the studios in Orlando. When I called it was an automated message pretty much saying that no one is going to answer the phone so any info I needed I could find on their website or I can just text them and they will get back to me. Also, when I called the number an "digital assistant" texted me asking what I needed. One of the options was "get Human" and when I press that option, they said that someone will call me back and to give them my phone number. So basically this entire studio is ran by literally no one and their customer service does not exist. And when I thought I found the right studio (with literally no help from anyone) it was closed, even though the closing time was 9pm and it was 7. I had a class booked at 8pm. Honestly find a studio that can actually answer a phone. I have literally never been to a place that has an automated message telling the people calling that they only answer through text. Unbelievable.

During our brief conversation, he let me know that the studio was offering to allow perspective students to take a number of classes to try out dance and see how they like it. I was definitely intrigued by this. In the two weeks that followed, I sampled 2 Monday night and 2 Tuesday night classes where the introduction to several dances (tango, salsa, bachata, etc.) were covered by Andy. About half way through class Mark (Owner?) would arrive and assist through to the end. The second week just happened to coincide with the week of the evening dance party held at the Jazzercise Orlando Mills 50 Fitness Center and I was invited to attend. Overall, the Instructors were great, welcoming and very personable. The other students were very open and welcoming. The classes and the dance party was a good experience. I will definitely go back and recommend that you give it a try if you're curious about dancing.
