Note, the entrance is a short flight of stairs up from the street level, so it does not appear to be Accessible. You'll find all kinds of snacks and drinks here, as well as a deli counter which offers sandwiches, wraps, and rice bowls. The biggest draw, however, and probably the most noteworthy feature, is the salad and warm bar. It's a prominent feature, and boasts a variety of offerings and cuisines, vegetarian and omnivore alike. The salad greens are fresh, adn the warm trays are attended and stirred regularly. I had a small cup full of vegetarian lo mein style noodles with some added vegetables on top. I was quite hungry, so why a small cup? Well, they offer two forms of to-go boxes, clear rigid polystyrene, and illegal EPS ("styrofoam") clamshells. Foam clamshells were outlawed in the State of New York in 2020, and this ban went into effect at in January 2022. Even if you don't care about the environment and the horrible consequences of EPS foam packaging and food serviceware, you should at least keep in mind that polystyrene is a KNOWN carcinogen. :-(

And the counter staff is very VERY nice. The place probably gets very crowded later in the morning (this was 10am) and that may be its one and only flaw -- it's not very large, and seating is limited, but then, it probably couldn't survive if it had a much larger space. I'll try to grab something at this place as often as I'm on 168th Street, but it's another reason to look forward to going up there.

So this isn't fast food. But the food comes fast. The first time I looked at the Wonder app, it was…read moreway too much for me to take in. So I picked a place, and only ordered from Limesalt. You see, Wonder is one app/location where you can order simultaneously from 10 different restaurants. You pick up everything from the Wonder location. If you order from there, you can use a kiosk. Every variety of food is available. So the next time I ordered from Limesalt, a burger from burger baby, and a poke bowl from Hanu Poke. Limesalt is reliable for ordering Mexican food. They also have the option for building your own quesadillas and burritos. So it's a solid option. I also loved my poke bowl. The tuna and salmon option is substantial and you can customize to have many items such as edamame, scallions, rice and salad included. This was my favorite item I purchased. The food is ready fairly quickly and it gives you lots of options. My reservation is ordering the more expensive items that are supposed to be restaurant quality luxuries like +$40 steak from Bobby Flay. I wonder about it. I don't trust that will work out because IT IS fast food. All my food is a little too salty and it is definitely not gourmet. But as far as takeout goes, this could be a great idea if you like variety. This last time I seamlessly ordered from three restaurants and it was ready in 10 minutes for pick up. Everyone happy. Hunger solved.

I attended the grand opening, and was gifted a tote bag, mints, a baseball cap, samples, along with 50% off my order. I decided to splurge and select the Pork Chop from Bobby Flay Steak, Garlic Fries from Fred's Meat & Bread, along with a Chocolate Toffee Cookie from Happy Gnome. The roasted Pork Chop (served on its own, no sides even though the price certainly called for it) came with pomegranate molasses glaze and apple bourbon sauce. Pork Chop was thick, wonderfully juicy, tender, well seasoned with strong flavor of the sweet and full bodied pomegranate glaze. Garlic fries were quite tasty! Perfectly crispy with tons of garlic throughout. I was looking for Truffle Parmesan Fries (my favorite) though and later saw them from Burger Baby. Oh well, next time! The cookie was huge in size, and had rich chocolate taste, as well as addicting toffee. So delicious! I will definitely be back to try the Spare Ribs and Shrimp Lo Mein from Kim House, along with menu items from Streetbird by Marcus Samuelsson, Maydan, Tejas Barbecue, Sala Thai, Mansion Diner, and more!

Just note that the spinach they use for the veggie omelette is frozen kind. Price is also reasonable. Spacious with ample seating. Bathroom is clean too.
