I have worked with Russo Real Estate since 2008, when I rented my house. I was introduced to them when I got divorced and judge appointed them to do an appraisal on the house. Instead of selling then, I decided to rent my house for the next 11 years. In that time Robert, Lydia & Rhoda were excellent gate keepers in bringing me quality tenants as well as giving great advice to this "accidental landlord" . In those 11 years I really DID NOT have ANY MAJOR problems with getting rent money or excessive damage to house. This winter I decided to sell, so it was a "no brainer" to list with Russo. My house selling journey was NOT smooth but this was NOT the fault of Russo. In short I lost a buyer, needed to readjust the price of the house (due to damage) and also had to work hard to get the tenants out of the house (they eventually decided to get out at lease end). Steven is the best realtor possible. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, skilled, understanding, creative and nice. All of which were required in the sale of my home which he sold for me. Steven got the pricing exactly correct so that it sold for $16K above the ask. Steven did many things for me whish are above and beyond the usual role of a realtor: found and supervised a contractor to make many repairs and improvements; a firm to install required fire alarms; an exterminator to treat and warranty that the house is termite free.
