I was told that the email was received and a response could be expected in a few hours. I NEVER HEARD BACK, no email, no phone call! I deserved some type of response. After delivery and set up we had intermittent issues with the control buttons. After a couple of service calls it was determined that the motor was actually bad and causing the problems. I cannot say enough about the extraordinary service we received. Monica was a jewel to work with as well as Martin the repair tech. In June 2022, we visited our local Bassett to pick out replacement couches and made to believe everything would be made right, but as of today it has not; no action taken.
