Why don't you guys start being honest & start time when our stylist gets us not when WE arrive ON TIME? Bad review on your end by corporates or? Doing these things at cost of your clients ? "This is the manager" yes I know I've been her plenty... manager says, " I'll waive it for you this one time." It's not about the waiving, it's the principle, manners, & honesty. What a shame, won't be returning. & I'd like to mention I made sure they charged me the $30.
