Went to Rutherford car wash for a complete detail. I was told a complete detail would take 4-5 hours which seemed long, but I thought it might indicate a through job. After dropping the car I got a call 5 hours later to come and pick it up. When I arrived, the car looked OK, but upon a closer look I saw a part of my car's emblem was missing. I alerted the manager who called the owner. They both proceeded to argue with me that: 1. It was missing when I brought the car in. 2. It's a flimsy part and breaks off easily. 3. If we don't know where the part is, it didn't happen on our property And so on and so on....... After apparently exhausting the owner - he said he doesn't want to argue and would maybe get me the part that broke off. I was not offered any compensation for the damage and all the ensuing argument and bad experience not to mention having to repair a brand new car. A few other issues with the detail: 1. Despite keeping the car there for 6 hours, they were still working on it when I arrived. 2. The following day I saw round scuff marks on the hood (probably the result of a polish). The purpose of a detail of a car is to improve your car's look - not make it worse. Obviously, I didn't get that. I won't be back and would recommend to anyone who wants to improve his car's look to keep away. read more

I went here on a Saturday morning and it was quick in and out and a beautiful car wash. It was fun to ride through it too!

I wish I could give this place 0 stars but unfortunately it's not an option. I am a big believer in supporting local business, but unfortunately this place lost my business. I payed $20 for a silver car wash that includes the outer and interior cleaning, but this place was not worth it. First they were upset with me that I had too many things in my car. I told them to work around it. I have 3 kids so I have the car seats and some toys in the car. But I have gone there before and they would work around the things and vacuum around it. But this time I could not believe the amount of things they did not clean. They were suppose to clean the rubber matts in my car. They are suppose to take all of them out and wash them, but they didn't bother. There were still finger prints all around which they clearly saw but ignored it. I complained to the manager but he was not apologetic instead he told me I should not have so much in my car. To clarify the stuff they are taking about are car seats. I told him they could work around it but he just shock his head and told me he had no time for this. In addition, the most frustrating thing was there were other costumers there who were men and the cleaners seemed to take their time with their cars. I felt like they just neglected my car instead of taking their time to clean it like they did for the other cars that were there. I am extremely Annoyed and upset with this business. read more

My husband goes to this car wash all the time, he swears by it, and has been telling me I really needed to go there. I went today and had a GREAT experience. They are incredibly thorough. Inside and outside. But MOST IMPORTANTLY, I typically always remove everything from my car and inside dash board cubbie holes and cup holders...mostly because I don't want to tempt anyone by leaving valuables out-I even remove the spare change. When I drove away I looked in my cup holder and saw a $20 bill, and a stone with it which I keep under my seat. They must have found it under my seat or something. I know it wasn't there because I checked everything before getting out of my car . I WAS IMPRESSED TO SAY THE LEAST!!! I didn't miss it so I wouldn't even had known, if it hadn't been put in the cup holder. I've gone to many so called car washes (more like car RINSES), but this place is probably the best. I had a monthly membership at one in Lodi and it scratched the heck out of my front bumper. It was a brand new car and the scratches went across just like the brushes do. It was the only place I had gone to so I knew that's where it came from. The brushes at this place seem to be softer and not so harsh as to cause the same damage. Plus, they power wash the heck out of your tires and car before it even goes through the car wash. My rims look practically brand new! Wow! They have a loyal customer here! read more

Friendly staff, great car wash with attention to detail. But... make sure they actually put the tire shine on (you're paying for it). Last time I went I had to remind them. I have started this review a thousand times for the last three years and I am going to finally write it. I go here once a week with my car and bring my wife's here every few weeks. They used to be great. It is a terrible experience. The car might as well not get cleaned on the inside because they only clean what they can see and leave the rest hoping no one notices. They don't fully wipe anything down or dust it. I had cleaning spray dripping from my sunroof window onto my head this time. I never write reviews but this was the worst car wash I've ever gotten. After the car wash there was still dirt marks on my hood that I could easily rub off with my finger. Yelp does it again. Wow...pleasantly surprised to actually go to a car wash where they take their time to vacuuming, wiping down and dry your car after the wash. I thought they were done and the worker politely advised they were not done yet. Even though this is out of the way I would definitely be back for mire car washes to come. read more

My car came out looking pretty much like it did going in. The only thing cleaned was my wallet. I had to ask one of the many dryers to dry my windows. I pulled over, on a side street, to finish drying and couldn't believe all the spots that were still on my car. You'd think, with this place being so new, they'd have the best in cleaning equipment. Hit or miss. Most times the service isn't that great (vaccuming is subpar, windshield cleaning meh and dust still on inside surfaces). You have tell them several times from the entrance to the exit to clean good/dust/vaccum and WIPE down interior. It's crazy. First warning sign was when they damaged the lever that adjusts the driver side seat and they tried to play it off as it already being broken. A helpful employee was kind enough to fix it which is why we let it go. Just today their machine broke down in the middle of the wash and rather than shut it down they left us there to be covered in soap. This in turn clogged our air cabin filter and again they refused to accept any responsibility. We will never come back nor recommend them to anyone. Don't waste your time or money here. read more

This used to be my go-to carwash but the last 2 times were an absolute terrible experience. The last time their cleaning spray left a mark on my interior passenger door for weeks until I wiped it off my self. With the most recent trip they broke a piece of my rear view mirror off and didn't even tell me (saw it on the chair after I had left), didn't completely dry my car so by the time I got home there's was all soap splatter all along the sides and they only used the "tire shine" on my drivers side tires. TERRIBLE! We went through their car wash and they only closed one of our mirrors and the other one came clear off of our car. After calmly seeing what we could do, the lady reacted extremely rude. They made us pay for the car wash and gave us no compensation. They merely duck taped the mirror back onto the car. read more
