I used a Groupon coupon (king with ceramic application sedan) for $61. I had to pay $12 extra because I had a SUV. The regular cost of king for suv is $32 while ceramic finish add on is $39.99. Hence using the Groupon doesn't really make sense (I paid $1 extra). Having said this they did a good job cleaning both inside and outside the car. They took their time. I personally can't judge the difference between regular wax vs ceramic especially since they used non-descript bottles. Only time will tell. Having said that next time I would go with a regular king plus ($41 for suv) with spray wax rather than paying $73. Overall satisfied with the service. read more

Unfortunately I don't think I will be visiting this car wash any longer. I previously gave 3 stars but on my most recent visit its hard to give more than 1 star. As mentioned in my previous review I feel the prices are extremely fair but they are really lacking in consistency. On my most recent visit it was pretty busy, so I understand things will take longer since it is a hand wash so that was not a problem. However, it was clear that they were spending extra time on the more exspensive and nicer vehicles that were there. They spent about 5 minutes cleaning the interior of my car while they spent the entire time I was there focusing on the more expensive cars that were there. This also included cleaning one of the workers cars. The interior of my car looked like it had barely been cleaned. Just a quick once over. I have been going to this car wash for years and it has been touch and go. There is a sign that says $2 off between 8 and 10. Today I arrived at 9:50 and there was only one car ahead of me online. It was a police SUV and the officer was talking to someone who had just gotten their car wash. The washing area was open but his SUV held up the line. Then the manager had to wait for the officer to sign a clipboard because I guess the town pays for it. Finally I entered the wash area at 9:55. You stay in your car until the hand wash and dry is finished. After I pulled out of the car wash I was then directed to park for the interior cleaning. I then walked to the office and the manager refused to give me the $2 off because it was then 10:04. He made up a rule that the discount is based on when you pay as opposed to when you arrive or get your car washed. I reminded him that the police officer delayed my car wash by stopping his SUV on line to talk to someone and then I was furthered delayed while the information on the clipboard was entered. The manager wouldn't budge despite the fact that the sign doesn't tie the discount to the time you pay. read more

My car was washed and scratched by Royal Touch yesterday afternoon. For context, the Jeep is brand new and had never been washed before. There were absolutely NO scratches on the vehicle when it entered the establishment and it now has two deep scratches on the hood. Jose Vasquez and his team refused to acknowledge the damages or take responsibility. Came here for the first time in a while and my review still stands, it's definitely one of the better car washes in the area and the slight premium you pay is worth it for more attention to detail than other places I have been. My opinion still stands that people don't seem able to differentiate between getting their car detailed and getting their car washed and some of the complaints reflect that. My biggest update from my original review is that the Groupon is no longer a good deal, you're better off just paying for the package at the car wash. I normally wash my car myself but I was looking for a place that I could go to in the winter when it's too cold out for me to do it on my own. I've gone through a few car washes before as well but wasn't a fan of them so decided to do more searching around. This place had great reviews so I went there today to try it out, hoping it would be my new go to place for the winter. Honestly wish I didn't go. The line wasn't bad. It was all done by hand which was nice. I got the queen, which included inside, outside, and tire shine for $16. Got through the wash and waited for my car to be dried. There were streaks all over the window which I didn't mind, I could wipe that myself later on, no big deal. They finished drying my car and directed me to the vacuums. I got out of the car, walked to the back to check everything out, and my decepticon decal I had on was completely hanging off..... I debadged my car and have decals on the front and back where the regular Mitsubishi one used to be. My decal looked like someone had tried to tear it off, parts of the adhesive still hanging on to the car while the decal was barely hanging on still. How the hell does that even happen? I've had these on for a year now, went through multiple car washes, washed my car countless times all in the summer heat, and the decal was stuck on there fine. I come here once and it's ripped off. Then walking to the other side of my car, there are still marks all over my car and window as if they got lazy and just didn't feel like washing it. I spoke to the guy who was charging everyone (I'm assuming owner), he came over, looked at it, no apology, just said oh it's just the glue. It's dry, that's why it came off. Are you joking? So although it could withstand the whole summer and all the washes at other places and the times I've done it myself, it decided to crap out and rip itself off now?? Instead, he suggested I super glue it back on. LOL. Super glue, on the paint of my car..... Great joke. Went inside to pay for the wash (still no apology at this point) and just went back to my car pissed off that it wasn't clean and my decal was now destroyed. Got inside, and the inside was barely cleaned too... There were still spots by the cup holder and console. I was looking for a local Hand car wash that was trackless my car is low and the rails on the tracks can scratch the rims. They do a great job of cleaning the car, there are no machines it's all done by hand, the prices are good and I've never had to wait very long. They also have an app that keeps track of how many washes and the 10th is free. read more

I went a couple of times to Royal Touch Hand Car Wash. as with many hand car washes, soap is applied with a broom and sprayed off w high pressure nozzle. The finishing of drying the exterior and cleaning the interior were below par on both occasions. The inside was not cleaned thoroughly at all and both the rugs and doors and panels were not cleaned at all. Window clean up was also not comprehensive. Considering the pricing I would have expected a better job. In conclusion - below average cleaning for above average price. A poor combination. read more

Second time here, first time they did a bad job. This time around it wasn't great either. Unfortunately I really needed to wash my car and decided to come here since it's close to my job. So I paid $16, the windows weren't cleaned well, saw finger prints all over but since I really needed this I let it go. Anyhow, then I saw that my son's car seat wasn't vacuumed, since we had gone to the beach a few days ago, there was some sand on the seat. I really needed this, after I noticed I went back and told them it wasn't vacuumed , the gentleman said "No we don't do that." I don't know what happened to this place I used to drive out out of my way from the town I live in to get my suv hand washed here. The service used to be excellent upon until yesterday. I paid for an exterior wash on my suv right before they closed for the day and I couldn't believe how filthy my vehicle was after leaving there. They also don't power wash the debris off your vehicle prior to soaping it up and I now realize why I found a deep scratch on the hood of my vehicle right after getting a wash there a few weeks back. What is the point of hand washing a vehicle with soft rags when the debris on the vehicle is going to basically convert the rags into a sandpaper buffer? Yesterday I paid for an exterior wash with wax and tire shine and what I received was a poorly washed vehicle with wax and dirt smeared onto my paint job. Called their establishment and left a voicemail relaying my disgust and asking for a solution and I still have yet to hear back from them. read more

Had my car washed today and got the ceramic coat finish. It was more like a spray wax than ceramic coat. Horrible job, service was rushed and they had to perform the service twice with still the same outcome. Very poor job. When I confronted the manager, he had him reapply the ceramic coat finish, the outcome was still the same, no smooth finish. When I approached him he told me that his worker applied it twice and that's all he can do, and that they were too busy and he walked away. Poor customer service never going back. read more
