This spring I took it to them because the drive belt was thrown off one of the pulleys. They replaced the belt, checked it out and gave it back to me. It then became a Honda run-behind mower. It had two speeds. Nothing or run-behind it. It took them several tries to find the troublesome parts, but they fixed it. And I know that they only charged me for a small portion of their shop time. They didn't give up and tell me that "It's not under warranty and we can't fix it. You will need to buy a new mower". When we got it back, my wife said "they gave us a new mower". No they hadn't but was a clean as a new one. And works like a new one.

I dropped it off the night before my appointment. In the p called them to find out they don't work on small trailers. In order to take the trailer on a long trip, I had to pack my own bearings which I had never done before. I did it, not knowing what I was doing. I made the trip. No seized bearings yet.
