And verbal quote $20-24 thousand, written quote $29 thousand, then insurance involved went from $29 thousand to $36 thousand (insurance fraud??) Had appointment and was then told 6-8 weeks. 11 weeks later picked it up and multiple broken things in motorhome that worked just fine before dropping off. (Several electric parts now don't work, breakers blown, shower room door torn loose from the floor and won't close, trim work hanging. 5 baseball size dents on roof radius that was part of what they replaced. Damage to the beautiful ceiling in the living quarters. Air conditioners not working in 115 degree Phoenix weather. And many more problems. Speaking with owner he says "that's part of doing business" We have well over $1,000.00 in extra expenses with motel rooms, meals, gas, travel time, etc. (when they said Motorhome was ready and it was not livable) and owner will not cover extra expenses. Have tried multiple times to contact owner and will not call us back now. Service Manager was awesome but unfortunately she has no say with our reimbursement. We would just like to come to a compromise. But they obviously don't honor what there business cards says "customer is always right" SO AGAIN RUN!!!!!!

Upon return to the valley, I contacted the local national RV dealer that wanted me to go through the cost of rediagnosing the converter problem. That was a lot but I figured I wanted everything to work correctly when I get ready to sell it so I agreed. I was told the motorhome was done so when I picked it up, I asked Josh the front desk guy to show me that the camera worked. Guess what, it didn't. East Valley went back to work and "oops", it also needs a new cable. It would take two guys 8 hours to install it and it would cost thousands with the parts and labor. I asked Management through Josh what they could do to make this right. Their answer was "nothing" as the camera was bad anyway so I was out $702. I bought a wireless camera and installed it myself for under $150. My advice is stay away from East Valley RV Specialists. Josh is a nice guy but the rest of the place sucks in my opinion.

He returned our phone call, he called before he arrived to let us know he was 30 minutes out. Once here he worked to problem solve the issue for us. He was able to figure out that our control board is bad. Although we still have the same electronic issues, Kevin was able to override the control board so we can move our slide in & out and open and close the awning. He was able to get us in a situation where we can keep moving until we can get to an RV dealer for a permanent repair. Kevin communicated with us every step of the way. He is honest and reliable.
