Title: Extremely disappointed -- defective flatbed, poor resolution from management I purchased a flatbed from Jackson Trailers and, after delivery, discovered the bed was defective and did not fit the truck as specified. The issues required significant rework and left my truck unusable for weeks while we tried to get the problem corrected. What happened (my experience): * The bed arrived with incorrect dimensions/fitment for the model I ordered. * After removal and inspection we found multiple defects and components that were clearly not to the specs shown on the paperwork. * I raised the issues with the shop and was repeatedly promised a fair resolution. Instead, responses were slow, contradictory, and ultimately unsatisfactory. * Paperwork provided at sale contained representation of specifications that did not match the product delivered (I have the emails, invoices, and photos to prove it). * Attempts to get a refund/replacement were stonewalled and I was forced to consider legal options to get my money back. Bottom line: I expected professional service and a product that matched what was sold. That did not happen. I'm extremely disappointed by the product quality and the way this was handled by management. I will not recommend Jackson Trailers to anyone until they fix their quality control and customer service. Absolute rip off for a spare tire and wheel. I figured it would be more expensive than buying it online but I wanted to match the other tire I bought from them. They charged me $192.79 for a wheel and tire I could have bought online for $111 and then charged me another $20 to mount it with no balance. I will never buy from them again. read more

The Haulmark trailer we purchased came off of our truck after the ball broke. This heavy 8 ft trailer should have had a 2 5/16 hitch, but only had a 2 inch. My Featherlight 18 ft has a 2 5/16! When the trailer came loose both safety chains snapped and only by a miracle no one was injured or worse. Significant damage was caused to the trailer, but Jacksons only repaired about half, despite Haulmark repeatedly saying they would repair all damage. I am of the conviction that Jacksons only wanted to fix the easy to replace panel and refused to do the rest for some unexplained reason. Despite numerous efforts to get satisfaction all i git was double talk from Haulmark and by extension Jacksons. Sad. read more

Just purchased an enclosed trailer from them and will say that Ryan is more helpful than John. With John it's like pulling teeth to get any information - he will answer your questions, if you know what questions to ask otherwise he doesn't volunteer information. I would ask for Ryan or anyone else than John. Service side is great and willing to help educated and give information so you can make an informed decision to buy a trailer from them. They don't come off their pricing much and their price does not include a spare tire or any other accessories unless you buy them through the service side. Check with amazon before you buy accessories from them. Again, service is a 5 star, however, the sales side is similar to used car sales, buyer beware. read more

Awesome experience! We drove from California to Mesa to look at a gooseneck trailer and Octavio provided the best and smoothest service. He really made the drive worth while and the trailer is everything we had expected. I just purchased a 2024 Enclosed Trailer $13.5K at the Glendale AZ store. This is the worst sales experience I have ever had. I purchased trailers in 3 different states and this place is by far my biggest regret. The prior Negative reviews are true (please read them, listen to them and run to a different store). Make sure to review your final invoice. They charge for parts that you already paid for (several), they also remove or exchange parts. When you call them out on it, they get very upset, especially Daniel the store manager. He becomes very disrespectful, threats to call the police, calls you names, since he thinks he owns the store. If I could give these guys a negative star I would. We bought a new axel from Jacksons trailers November of 2022. They installed it and everything seemed fine. Not even 6 months goes by and we have had non stop issues surrounding the work they did. When we took the trailer back for the work they had done, the man that works in the office was rude and not willing to help. He told us we were "SOL" and they have a "tail light" warranty. We have had to replace everything and more. October of 2023 and the axel completely gave out on the highway and left us right where we started. I can not support companies that don't stand by their own work and take pride in it. read more

Be very careful if you are having any work performed on your trailer. We have had Jackson's repair our trailers for several years, but not any longer We had work done on our trailer at the beginning of the year and we had the same problem happen 5 months later, and Jackson's stated that it is not their fault and that they were not responsible for the damage and they have a 30 day warranty. So we paid to have the same axle fixed again, and it costs quite a bit. Be very careful if you have Jackson's perform any repairs. read more

Bought a trailer at the beginning of 2022 and needed warranty work done. Mind you this trailer was $14,600. Took weeks to get a service date. Finally got one and brought it in (cracked weld on the hanger) and also asked them to fix a chain, brake away cable and the broken battery box (which i paid for). I thought they would put a new battery box in, not just put self tappers in the broken old one. I was treated nice the day i dropped the trailer off but poorly when i picked it up, the staff was very short and rude. Said i needed 14 ply tires instead of 10 ply tires which is understandable but whyd you sell me a trailer with 10 ply tires originally? The work performed looks very rushed and shotty for them having it 4 days. Trailer needs a new hub which i was gonna buy from them and have them install, but definitely not now after seeing how they do work and treat their customers who paid in full that much money. This was probably the worst service I've gotten in a long time. I go in there to buy new tires and wheels for my trailer. I leave get home one of them is the wrong bolt pattern. I'll bring it back on Monday swap it out for one that's the right boat pattern but it's not the same place as the other tire so then I bring it back and they make me downgrade from eight ply to six play because he doesn't know how I got that tire and how was he supposed to know they were both eight ply tires. When that's what I bought from them as well as what I brought back on Monday. Then the guy tells me that I need new Lugnuts because (his socket is wore out and) it's sticking on the lug it's. The guy tells me this is getting a little out of hand, and that he shouldn't even take the tire back because it's used now that he sold it to me. We dropped a trailer off for repairs 10/5. It was supposed to be a 3-5 day repair, after calling a few times asking the status we were told we could pick it up 11/2 at 8am. We showed up at 8 am the trailer wasn't even close to ready. By 4 pm I was on the road. We understand that things aren't perfect however when your employees are lying to customers that's a issue that stems from the ownership. Without trust and proper honest communication it isn't an establishment I would recommend. read more

The front office of Jackssons Trailers has convinced me to move my business down the street to Big Tex Trailers. Never been treated so rudely by the front office gal and charged so unfairly. Over $5,000 to replace an axle or almost $600.00 to run two wires to my rear bumper from my battery. I have many trailers for my two roofing business's and have paid the overly high prices ($185.00 per hr) always leaving shaking my head. Went to Big Tex Trailers today (David Kelly store manager 480-985-0700) and set up a new account to handle our trailers. They treated me like they wanted our business. Customer service is so important when growing a business. Jacksson's Trailer front office gal, drives customers away and is terribly rude and condescending with customers. Not The Greatest Prices Jackson's trailers has a decent location in Mesa AZ if that's near where you are located. The unfortunate problem is I have bought one trailer here that I got a decent deal on about five years ago. I've tried three separate times to buy another trailer there and they're always too much higher-priced than other places to make it impossible to be able to actually buy it there. Today when I talked to them on the phone and tried to buy a trailer they only offered to take $50 off the asking price saying it's a great deal but all over the Internet people have them listed for cheaper, so I guess I won't try to do any more business there again. It's frustrating when you want to buy a trailer and you experience the same round and round routine that you would at a used car sales lot. Everyone telling you that they don't make any money selling trailers just like the used car salesman everybody has the best products, everybody has an answer to every question, but the answers are all made up. Once I would like to find a place to buy things like this that just has a good price you go to pick it up by it and move out with it and it's all done. Otherwise PJ is my favorite brand of trailer the quality level is great, and really you can't go wrong with this brand of trailer that they sell there. read more
