The sales tax they collected was the wrong amount and they never registered our new RV even though they collected the registration fees. We had to pay another $1,000 to our local DMV and still, until this matter won't resolve, we can not use our RV since it's not registered, still ! After contacting the dealership we were basically told to " deal with it " and the case was closed ... Beside this major issue, there was also a ( big ) shelf that was missing, they told us that it was probably " borrowed " to another RV that they had to sell and promised to send us a replacement. It's been over 3 months and still no shelf ! As a reminder, we're taking about a brand new RV that we purchased from them.

After I got back home and went to the DMV I found out that the RV had a "rebuilt from salvage title" in N.C., the vehicle was then transferred to Wa. State and issued another title. When I called them to talk about it (because I never would have purchased a rebuilt title as Colorado will not title it) they basically laughed at me, told me to "go title it in another state", told me the people that did the deal no longer worked for the company and hung up on me. Take your hard earned money somewhere else. Don't give it to these guys.

There is no way that you would ever know that you were being defrauded as either a buyer or a seller unless you are aware of what's going on behind the scenes. And they have this fraud down to a science. They've been running it for decades. In my case, they were given the opportunity to make it right when they defrauded me of $20,000, they chose not to. So now they are currently being investigated for large scale fraud by the DOT and AZ Prosecutor's, so buyer and seller be very aware.

Finally when they started work, the three day job turned into an 11 day job. I rented a car and stayed in a hotel for 11 days. From my first contact with them until completion, was about 40 days. The completed job was terrible but I was anxious to go home so I paid them and left.The fit and alignment of the compartment doors is terrible and the paint color does not match. Additionally, they do not have a paint booth. They moved the motor home outside in the sun to cure the paint. There is over-spray on the windshield. The body shop charged me an additional $1,920 over the estimate. I was away from home and anxious to leave, so I just paid them and left.

Employee charged at me when I waited in the wrong area for air check…read more The sign only said to scan to check in. I waited at that sign for a while and started to think "the sign does not say 'wait here' or 'stop' so therefore I pulled behind the car getting the air checked. The employee made the automatic assumption that I was simply behind the other car because of some other reason than the sign not specifically saying "wait here". He told me very violently if I could wait behind the sign and because of the way he said it I told him the sign does NOT say "wait here" or "stop". He said "I can't have you blocking the bays" and I continued to say "the sign should say 'wait here' or 'stop' and he was just like "yeah okay". I was implying that I did not come behind the other car because im a rude bitch that can not wait. But he was treating me like that so I was explaining that there was no way in hell that I knew to wait there. All the sign says is "scan to check in" it does NOT SAY "WAIT HERE". IT does not say it I was there for a while assuming I wait there but when the while went for a long time I decided that maybe I am doing the wrong thing. The sign does not say "wait here" or "stop" customers do NOT specifically know to actually wait there, its only a GUESS to us. And when I told him this, his attitude and the way he spoke to me did NOT change. if your going to CHARGE AT customers that dont wait behind the ambiguous sign by making the correct guess then maybe you should have the sign say "wait here" or "stop" instead of expecting customers to read minds and then getting mad when they dont read minds correctly. He did not at all understand from anyone else's perspective than his own. And even if the sign said "wait here" or "stop" he STILL should not have CHARGED AT MY CAR and spoke to me in an aggressive manner that sounded like he was going to start a fight with me for making a mistake. Whomever was working there yesterday for the air check needs to not treat customers in such a way that is so rude the customer thinks the employee is trying to start a fight. If your employees are going to possibly take it so personally when customers do not wait in the correct area for an air check then this location definitely needs to add to the sign "wait here" or "stop" not just "check in" . Either fire the employee or put the correct words on the sign so that this guy doesn't try to start fights. He literally, his tone and body language was very aggressive and no one should be experiencing that just because of making a misunderstooding, yet its not my fault the sign is completely and totally missing what the aircheck employee is assuming the customer will just magically know. No one told me to wait there or stop, the sign did not specify it at all. Did I really make a mistake or is this location in need of proper communication skills training? Because after I drive to the wrong area, he tells me to go to the sign, I say "it did not say wait there" then he says "you can't block my bays" which is totally understandable and agreeable but I also informed him that "the sign should say "wait here" and he still did not make the connection. The connection he should have made is that after he said "I can't cars blocking the bay" thats even more validity to having the sign say "wait here" - you know so that customers are actually told in the first place to wait there instead of getting charged and yelled at when they dont. His body language was very AGRESSIVE when he CHARGED at my car like he was going to start a fight which clearly signifys he's operating from his amygdala not his pre-frontal cortex which could have been activated by the heat, so either theres something wrong with this employee or the management should not be having them do air checks like the other discount tire about 15 min from this one due to excussive heat. They should be in the shade and given proper hydration maybe to avoid this. Needless to say I left this location because of his attitude.

***Fraudulent unsafe work that resulted in my car getting totaled a year later***…read more February 24, 2025 I got rear ended at a red light on my way to work. The other driver was uninsured. I took my car to a Geico partnered body shop, Grigg's Auto Body, because Geico offers a lifetime warranty if the repairs are not satisfactory. The original estimate was 1-month of work and $6k of damage. I argued with the Geico Adjuster, Rudy, that my car should be totaled because my c-pillar was buckled--indicating extensive damage. I was surprised Geico didn't want to total my car at that time. Once my car was at Grigg's, it went from 1-month repairs to two months and my car still wasn't finished being worked on by Grigg's. I reached the maximum amount that Geico would pay for my rental car so I paid a month out of pocket for my rental car that totaled to $1,300. On April 24, 2025 I told Grigg's and Rudy the adjuster I can't keep paying for the rental car and asked what else needed to be done to my car. Grigg's then said, "oh well it's drivable, we are just missing the Subaru and STI badges on the back." They also installed a not working back up light (some of the LEDs weren't working) and they misplaced a floor mat of mine. So I took pictures of everything reported that to them and Grigg's promised to order those items. However, David at Grigg's tried to argue they don't need to give me a working 4th brake light/reverse light because it was aftermarket and tried to claim that insurance wouldn't cover that when they already installed an aftermarket exhaust that was previously on there. I asked if my car had an alignment done yet and they said no, and stated they would meet me at an alignment shop (Ed Whitehead's was what was suggested by Grigg's) and they would bring a check and pay for it. That never happened. Two more months go by, June 2025, and I reach out asking for those missing items. Grigg's scheduled an appointment with me on June 19th at 9am. I dropped off my car then and six hours later I call back about an update. "Oh I've been trying to call you, my dad ordered the wrong light and we don't have the floor mats yet." Four months of trying to get my car fixed and finished. I called Geico and expressed how upset I was. I threatened a lawyer then and suddenly things were expedited shipping and I asked for photo proof before dropping my car off again. The following week my car mysteriously had zero oil in it which triggered the check engine light and several codes. I got an oil change prior to the accident and regularly check it. It had oil before the accident occurred and my car was only in the hands of Grigg's body shop. I had not taken it to any other shop afterwards at this point. When I brought this to Grigg's attention they only said, "Omgg okay Don't worry good thing you caught it haha." After I put oil in my car it never had another issue since. I do not trust Grigg's Auto Body. On July 1, 2025 Grigg's completed the final missing/broken items, but I refused to let them drive my car to an alignment shop at this point. Fast forward: On November 11, I was driving at night and was passing a tracker trailer when I came upon a huge blown out tire crossing the left lane into the right lane. I swerved left as much as I could without going off the road and it hit my front end cracking the front right bumper. I submitted the claim online and noticed Grigg's was still on Geico's site, but went to with their other partnered body shop called Gerber Collision. Gerber offered to check the work of the old body shop and I agreed because I was unhappy with the trunk bouncing back up when I attempted to close it indicating it wasn't aligned properly and the noise level from the exhaust and rain noise was much louder; almost like there was a hole or something wasn't patched properly. Gerber Collision found fraudulent work done by Grigg's. Grigg's stated in the invoice that they ordered a new metal trunk bed and welded that on. It was still the original damaged one they smoothed out and put bondo over it. Several spots of rusting already occurred and water was standing in the base of my trunk. Gerber Collision also found that Grigg's left a hammer wedged in between metal work under my car. Grigg's only paid for my rental car from April 2025. I still haven't received payment for the newest rental car that I had when Gerber discovered fraudulent and unsafe work done by Grigg's. My car was deemed a total loss by Geico on January 25, 2026 after driving with unsafe work for 10 months. Geico stated Grigg's will be paying them back for the fraudulent work. However, I'm the one who lost my dream car that Subaru does not produce anymore (2020 STI). I was promised a lifetime warranty for the repairs and if the repairs would've been done correctly the first time I would still have my car and not waste money on rental and buying another car.

It started back before Christmas with Freedom RV in TX who charged us 160.00. They said they filed…read morea claim and would call me. I never heard from them and called them after a month once I got to the new campground. They said they had a so-called computer problem and never filed the claim. finally warranty company called and said the unit was sent overnight to Freedom RV but we are in Yuma Az not TX. They sent a list of technicians so we chose the only mobile tech in Yuma from the list, Chris ---- with Your RV Matters. they sent the unit to him. I didn't hear from anyone for over a week so I reached out to the warranty company, they said they sent to him on March 6. He kept saying he was coming over but didn't. 15 days later he installed charged us 400.00 dollars and said that the Coleman a/c warranty company would pay us back. In some cases, they would pay him and he would pay us back. they paid Turns out they only pay contractors and sent him 240.00 so he's been paid twice and he left about 20 minutes later it was getting hot so I went on the roof to see if the cover was off and found a few scratches up on roof and called him to fix the a/c cause it getting hot and to patch the holes and scratches. he patch one of the scratches and said a/c is running 10 minutes later it got hot we tried to contact him by text and phone calls no response then we called Coleman warranty they said call another company so 5star repair came out and he called warranty to confirm the 150.00 hourly rate they agreed then he wanted a 2 trip 50.00 as well they said no to the extra 100.00 dollars he hung up the phone and left now Pirates rv service called set appointment Friday at 2in the afternoon ok but that's 5 days away that's the earliest we can put u on the books then called back later to change to the following Monday so they can do it in the morning. now at this point it's been over 3 months with 1 a/c unit in a 43ft tin can at an average 90 to 105 in the house with a disabled handicap person in the heat all day long now we are out 560.00 out of pocket and still no a/c It Monday morning 4-13-2026 the Pirates contractor is scheduled for 9am the starting time is8:54 time out 12:00 the a/c seems to be working stop next day not cooling contacted Pirate RV they came out there was two thing bad freeze circuit now it's cooling waiting on the two parts to be replaced good job Pirates RV now the disabled, handicap, person that lives there can cool down now after 4 months off stress now I've been texting Mr Eric at Coleman warranty for a few days about the 400.00 dollars that was paid to Chris----- with your rv matters .no answer now your rv matters is out of business I've wrote to BBB no help they say his business is closed so they can't help us
