I was told everything looked good, my car broke down on the trip anyway. The diagnosis changed three times throughout this ordeal: first the ignition coil, then all the fuel injectors, and finally the catalytic converter and O2 sensors, while my original symptoms stayed the same the entire time. After two weeks of silence, I called myself and was told the car was ready and staff had "been trying to contact me," no missed calls, no voicemails. I was rushed through paperwork and pressured to pay over $1,600. Immediately in the parking lot, the same burning smell and shaking that I noted to the service tech were still there. Isaac, the service tech, denied smelling anything at first, then after my friend confirmed it, it was suddenly "normal after injector replacement." Also my gas tank was nearly drained on pickup, and the check engine light came on on my way home. I brought the car back the same day and asked to escalate to the manager, JB. It took two full days to hear back. The following week I called three separate times for updates -- none of those messages were ever passed on to Isaac or JB or documented at all . On top of everything, the catalytic converter order hadn't even been submitted until over a week after the issue was identified. I also requested to keep my original catalytic converter after the replacement and was denied without any prior notice of that policy. I was without my car for over a month. I have exclusively serviced my vehicle at Kia, there is no excuse for this level of disorganization and disregard.

It started back before Christmas with Freedom RV in TX who charged us 160.00. They said they filed…read morea claim and would call me. I never heard from them and called them after a month once I got to the new campground. They said they had a so-called computer problem and never filed the claim. finally warranty company called and said the unit was sent overnight to Freedom RV but we are in Yuma Az not TX. They sent a list of technicians so we chose the only mobile tech in Yuma from the list, Chris ---- with Your RV Matters. they sent the unit to him. I didn't hear from anyone for over a week so I reached out to the warranty company, they said they sent to him on March 6. He kept saying he was coming over but didn't. 15 days later he installed charged us 400.00 dollars and said that the Coleman a/c warranty company would pay us back. In some cases, they would pay him and he would pay us back. they paid Turns out they only pay contractors and sent him 240.00 so he's been paid twice and he left about 20 minutes later it was getting hot so I went on the roof to see if the cover was off and found a few scratches up on roof and called him to fix the a/c cause it getting hot and to patch the holes and scratches. he patch one of the scratches and said a/c is running 10 minutes later it got hot we tried to contact him by text and phone calls no response then we called Coleman warranty they said call another company so 5star repair came out and he called warranty to confirm the 150.00 hourly rate they agreed then he wanted a 2 trip 50.00 as well they said no to the extra 100.00 dollars he hung up the phone and left now Pirates rv service called set appointment Friday at 2in the afternoon ok but that's 5 days away that's the earliest we can put u on the books then called back later to change to the following Monday so they can do it in the morning. now at this point it's been over 3 months with 1 a/c unit in a 43ft tin can at an average 90 to 105 in the house with a disabled handicap person in the heat all day long now we are out 560.00 out of pocket and still no a/c It Monday morning 4-13-2026 the Pirates contractor is scheduled for 9am the starting time is8:54 time out 12:00 the a/c seems to be working stop next day not cooling contacted Pirate RV they came out there was two thing bad freeze circuit now it's cooling waiting on the two parts to be replaced good job Pirates RV now the disabled, handicap, person that lives there can cool down now after 4 months off stress now I've been texting Mr Eric at Coleman warranty for a few days about the 400.00 dollars that was paid to Chris----- with your rv matters .no answer now your rv matters is out of business I've wrote to BBB no help they say his business is closed so they can't help us

I received the service request that was my transmission leak. They fixed the leak and it didn't…read moreleak anymore. They finished in the amount of time they told me. They stayed on the estimate. I wasn't charged more. I thought they should have put the nut on the bolt that holds the transmission from falling and hitting the ground. They put the bolt on. Not the nut. It slipped. It didn't fall out. The bolt held it. Had someone jack up the transmission to take weight off bolt and adjust the bolt and put on the nut. I also would have liked them to put the engine cover back on over the engine. They didn't. They put the cushion back over the engine, but the engine cover was on the floor. Overall, I recommend them, and would hire them again.

He offered to keep my truck for the day for the purpose of diagnosing it, then he could later, in the unforeseen future, would get to it when he had time. Ultimately, i felt this was highly unprofessional, we made an apt. He should have honored it. I won't be coming back here nor would i suggest this place to others.

A 40' diesel pusher RV is hardly an easy winch out but Affordable Towing came through brilliantly! Made the call and Frank was at my rig in half an hour. He wasn't sure he could do it but said he'd try. He got stuck himself but got it all sorted out and AAA+++ effort getting me back on solid ground. Worth mentioning he was able to do an amazing job with a regular flatbed that was far more reasonable than a heavy duty recovery vehicle. On price and service and attitude, I could not be happier and relieved to be released from the desert by Frank and company.
