Very bad customer service, lazy follow up and major issues with our purchase and paperwork's still unresolved. The sales tax they collected was the wrong amount and they never registered our new RV even though they collected the registration fees. We had to pay another $1,000 to our local DMV and still, until this matter won't resolve, we can not use our RV since it's not registered, still ! After contacting the dealership we were basically told to " deal with it " and the case was closed ... Beside this major issue, there was also a ( big ) shelf that was missing, they told us that it was probably " borrowed " to another RV that they had to sell and promised to send us a replacement. It's been over 3 months and still no shelf ! As a reminder, we're taking about a brand new RV that we purchased from them. read more

I'd advise you to not go there or your gonna be in a world of frustration and trouble. They are the worst company in the RV industry. Problem after problems. They can't keep their word and they can't they only speak lies. They are dishonest and they only want your money. They dont care for any of their clients and they only provide customer service whole trying to sell you 1 of their units. After that, your nothing to them. They sold me a unit and and multiple other items that I needed. There was so many issues with it that they promised to repair and they didn't keep their word. After I advised them that I was going to obtain counsel and take legal action, that's when they came out and tried to fix the issues. When they came out, they didnt even fix everything properly. They also sold me cummins 4500i generator that worked the frist time and when I tried to start it again, it completely failed. I've called them multiple times and they said they woild get back to me and they never do. That goes for every issue I've had. It's been nothing bit a massive headache since I've done business with this company. They have no integrity, no honor, and all narcissist. They are the most UNAMERICAN company established here in the USA. If I were you, I would not even consider even driving onto their lot. I submitted a review several weeks ago about a well used (but in top condition according to the salesman), trailer . A sheet with the issues that were to be dealt with were noted. some needing major attention. When we did the walk thru at lightening speed I missed some of the items. One major issue was the fantastic fan was bad and woiuld be replaced. Wrong! They got it going which lasted about two days. the second issue is the ac/heater wall thermostat. The hot water tank on electric had barely hot water. Haven't been able to get it going on gas yet. Spent $250 getting the tanks cleaned. I mentioned to the salesman that it smelled like it had been smoked in. He got visibly upset and said That Lady Was not a smoker!!!!! Well someone was. December 2022 I bought a fabulous 97 Fleetwood American Eagle from Bobby Combs (paid cash). I have not been able to transfer title or register in my name "PERIOD" This vehicle has an Oklahoma title, AZ wont accept unless both previous owners signed title. I have been through 4 managers at this Yuma location. Each promises to get this resolved...only to not return my calls or reply with " I have nothing to do with this company anymore. 4 managers within 1.5 years and I can't get a straight answer.... let alone a crooked one. when we went in all was good they said there one happy family and they treated us like a family., but beware as soon as you drive off the lot your not family anymore. we bought a motorhome and it had a tear in the slide,so the GM said he would send us some type of tape to fix it, then he also said he knew the previous owners and they had some things that went to the motorhome and he would send that also. two and a half weeks later nothing. that's not all we went to take it out and I noticed both gray and black tanks registered full and so when I went to dump the black tanks registered full was clogged , had to get it snaked. I cannot speak to the sales department, but I did have an encounter with the service department. I had my fridge go down in my RV and during this heatwave that was not a good thing. The service manager Brad went above and beyond to get it repaired, He personally made several trips out to my RV. In addition, while he was on vacation he continued to ensure technicians followed through on needed repairs. I cannot begin to tell you the extent he went through to ensure my fridge was repaired. All of this was done with minimal cost. The service was unexpected but much appreciated. I would highly recommend doing business with Brad. read more

Title: Extremely Disappointing Experience Review: I recently had the unfortunate experience of purchasing an RV from Bob Combs R V in Yuma A Z. I am disappointed would be an understatement. From start to finish, my interactions with this company left much to be desired. First and foremost, the customer service was abysmal. The salesperson I dealt with seemed disinterested and provided minimal assistance throughout the entire process. They lacked basic knowledge about the products they were selling and failed to answer several of my questions adequately. Only took me as a fool and continually told lies and misinformation. His name is Nicholas. I also smelled alcohol on one occasion. Furthermore, the condition of the RV I purchased was somewhat satisfactory. The couch was ripped and unserviceable. I was told it would be replaced. Despite being assured It would be replaced with a new one, Nicholas attempted to have me pick up the R V with a used, Dirty and unfit couch of a different texture and color. When I initially agreed to purchase the RV there were two batteries in the battery compartment. When Nicholas tried to fool me into taking the R V with the unacceptable couch one of the batteries and the double bike rack had gone missing. The R V had trash and dirt marks throughout the coach. There were other issues like the one battery that was left was not charged. There were signs of poor maintenance overall. It felt as though the company had not properly inspected the RV before or after selling it. To make matters worse, when I attempted to contact the company to address these issues and request a refund or repair, Nicholas started his con man act of Well I need to talk to management. It seemed like once they had received my payment, they were no longer interested in assisting me. I understand that buying a used RV comes with some risks, but the lack of transparency and integrity displayed by Bobby Combs R V in Yuma is unacceptable. I expected a company specializing in RV sales to prioritize customer satisfaction and provide reliable products, but unfortunately, that was not the case. The R V was still there awaiting the couch approx one month after Bob Combs received the monies from my bank. Finally, the site manager got everything to where it was most acceptable. I was completing the final walk-around and familiarization with one of Bob Comb's employees. I was being assisted by a young man who eventually attempted to intimidate me with the tuff boy role. Because he did not know how to properly explain the operation of several systems. He actually got an attitude when I asked for more clarity on one or more of the operations of the system. So I asked him if he wanted to help me or not. He walked away from the inspection. The onsite manager finished my tour which was probably better anyway. I got a lot more out of him than I would have gotten from the little boy tuff guy. In conclusion, I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before considering Bob Combs R V in Yuma. The poor customer service, subpar product quality, and lack of post-sales support make this company an unreliable choice for anyone looking to purchase an RV. read more

THEN- What happened here? Last year my wife and I stopped by to look at a few travel trailers and were greeted by the friendliest staff with a great atmosphere. Everything was almost white glove kind of clean. That's hard for Yuma. Unfortunately, my wife decided she wanted to look at a class A as well and they did not have any at this time. Upon our leaving we were introduced to the manager - sorry forgot his name, had a long uncommon last name from San Diego- and he was verry professional and extremely nice. We ended up buying a used class A from another local dealer unfortunately. We did speak highly of this dealership and its great service. NOW- Needed a new part for my class A and remembering the service we received when we were shopping, we stopped here first to see if they could get the part we needed. Stopped by a few times right after work at about 4:30 and they were all closed. They need to update the website; says they close at 5. Stopped by on a Saturday and was greeted by a guy with red hair and a shirt that looked to be too small for him and seemed to hate his job. As I was talking with him my wife said it was time to go and got in the truck. This was out of her character, so I just cut it short. When I got in the truck, she pointed out that the place was extremely unkept and dirty. Looks like parts boxes everywhere and the people coming out of the off did not look verry approachable. I mentioned the change to a few coworkers, and they stated that they heard the same thing and were told to stay away. The ownership must have changed for such a drastic difference in a year. I cannot say enough good things about the service my husband and I received from Bradley Murphy at Bobby Combs RV Center. We were on a cross country trip with our Grand Design Imagine travel trailer when we stopped for the night in Gila Bend, Arizona. While we prepared to leave our campsite and return to the road, the next morning, we found our slide had broken. We could not get it to slide in despite trying everything we knew how to do. Nothing worked. In desperation, we connected with Bradley Murphy at Bobby Combs RV Center. Bradley spent at least two hours on the phone with us trying to walk us through what we could fix. Nothing worked. Bradley then drove one and a half hours from Yuma to Gila Bend and worked for another two hours and finally managed to get the slide to come in!
