I very rarely write reviews, but Matthew went so far above and beyond for me. I recently purchased a 2006 fleetwood mallard 18ft trailer. Every time it rained water was somehow getting in. I called Matthew, sent some pics, and he explained it looked like it may need a full reroof (which I kind of already knew in my heart). I told him there were a few soft spots and he said he would repair those areas too. He quoted me a price and I took my trailer to him. Matthew then went to work. He sent pictures and I couldn't believe how bad my roof was. It was full of mold, mildew, rotten wood and it was horrible. I was always wondering why the trailer had an old/musty smell. Matthew repaired everything for an amazing price and even did inside ceiling work. He is the real deal and one heck of a tradesman. RV Roof Masters did a roof protection coating because the original EPDM roof was very thin and it wouldn't be long before I'd be having trouble with rain as well as on the road because the edges were starting to pull away from the seams (called shrinkage). My RV is 14 years old and has lived in both cold, wet and an extremely hot atmosphere. They used a silicone roof coating which is suppose to add years to the old roof. They say they can guarantee it for 10 years! You need to know weather you like this or the EPDM coating before you do it so do your research. They worked well together as a team, very nice guys. They answered my questions before the job and took care of my concerns after the completion.. Their attitudes are A1. They washed the RV and completely cleaned up the area before they left. I called RV Roof Masters in Costa Mesa to have the leaking roof on my motorhome repaired/replaced. I spoke with Matt who said he could repair the roof for $4500-6500 no matter what condition it was in but the maximum would be $6500.00. I was required to pay $1000.00 deposit to him to 'hold a date' for the work on my motorhome to begin. I did this with my credit card. On the assigned date, I drove from San Diego to Costa Mesa (with my wife following in her car) to drop the motorhome off. In short, when I arrived, Matt inspected the roof and said, "I can't do it. I can't fix it...even for $10,000". I had depended on him to have it fixed before I left on vacation but all he could say was, "I can't do it". I have since had the roof replaced by another company. I told Matt that I wanted my money back but he said that he would have to return it later when he got back to his office/computer. I was definitely not happy after waiting a long time to get it fixed. I was even more unhappy that after a ten minute inspection, he said that he couldn't do it at all. He wasted my time, my wife's time, gas, money and got to use the $1000.00 deposit for a month or so like a interest free loan. He eventually returned the deposit but after doing nothing, three months later, used my credit card information to take $1000.00 off my same card. I didn't discover the charge until July and called him on it. Of course, his number went to VM where I left him a message to call.....which he didn't. I called him again, he answered. I told him what he did but he denied it saying he had shredded my credit card info. I was looking at my bank statement as he spoke and advised him that it was right in front of me. He said he would have to look but would do it later and the call ended. The money was refunded after 3 or 4 days and Matt sent me a text stating "I shredded the wrong one (card).....simple mistake. You got your card refunded as I stated". He offered to pay any interest that had accrued. This is a poor way to conduct business at the least but charging my card for an additional $1000.00 three months after NOT DOING ANY WORK in the first place goes beyond poor business practices. If I could give this business less than zero stars....I would. read more

Matthew did the roof on my 18 year old motorhome earlier this week. I was tired of the white streaks running down the sides all the time but hadn't noticed any leaks yet. Glad I went to him when I did as there were small cracks that were developing in near the edges that I hadn't noticed that he pointed out. I just want everyone to know that if you are looking for an honest person to work on your RV roof you are at rhe right place we had contacted another roof repair place and they told us it would cost $8000.00 to repair our roof and the insurance company would not cover it so we contacted Mathew at roof masters and he schedule an appointment with us and the insurance company and he explained how the the damage could have gotten there and 2 days later the insurance company said they would cover it and the work that was done on my roof i feel alot safer with this better than i would with a new roof and he had told us it would be 2 weeks before we would get it back and my wife said well if there is any way we can get it back next week because we are off work for a week and guess what happen?
