About 2 months ago, Shawn serviced my 5th wheel for water heater maintenance as well as a heater related issue. He was on time, respectful of my time, extremely communicative and proved to be highly trustworthy. Shawn handled the water heater related issue quickly, efficiently and smoothly. The heater turned out to be a bit more of a headache. But Shawn handled it like a true professional at all times. He worked to diagnose the issues with the heater, but had to return another day to complete the repair. Based on my intial interaction with Shawn the first day, I had absolutely no problem allowing him to further repair my trailer while I was at work. Shawn was able to complete the repair, completely cleaned up his work area in my living area, and provided video and audio proof that he had completed the repair. Shawn charged me a reasonable price to maintenance and repair my trailer. Let's me be clear. It was reasonable and appropriate NOT cheap. Shawn and Howard came to my rescue with an amazing array of repairs. Their knowledge and store of parts is like nothing I have ever seen. I am new to the RV world, so I had a number of issues that had accumulated over the last 14 months. They fixed my water problem which had multiple issues. They fixed my zone 1 A/C unit which had stopped functioning and fortunately only need a new capacitor. They serviced both units and cleaned the filters. They also found a noise which have been driving me and my wife completely nuts! It turns out it was the TV antenna that had been laid the wrong direction and was hitting our satellite dish. Howard saved my vacation. 2 weeks before my vacation I was preparing my weekend warrior. I even took the beast out for a test run. Everything worked . Howard was out of town when we called for a service request , as indicated on his phone message. However he was kind enough to call us over the weekend and scheduled an appointment with us for Monday, the first day he returned. We had driven to Oceanside all the way from Texas with no hot water as we could not find suitable repair along the way. He arrived promptly, was very professional and courteous, and did his absolute best to make the necessary repair. However due to an expensive materials used in the manufacture of the RV, he was unable to complete the repair and, as such, did not charge us for the service call per his motto. He spent nearly 2 hours with us and tried his very best but the lack of success was due to no fault of his own. We were very impressed with his demeanor and his hard work in attempting to remedy our situation. But most impressive was that he is a man of his word and fulfilled his motto of " we fix it or it's free". He did not charge because he was unable to repair what we needed.
