My husband and I rented a car to drive from Northern California to Beach Cities RV. We were very interested in a 2010 Pleasure Way van that we had seen listed. From the time we stepped onto the lot, we were very happy with everyone involved! A BIG shout out to Phillip, who took his time and walked us through everything there was to know about the van. He was very patient and answered all of our questions. We would definitely recommend Beach Cities RV for your next purchase. A+ service! Thanks for everything, Brian and crew!

I'm looking for a lower mileage, smaller RV that can sleep 4. Do you have any older ones at a good price? I'm looking to see if I can find one for a friend.?

This is my third review of Airstream Orange County. The first review was quite favorable regarding…read morethe sales experience. The second article I submitted was very negative; and I still have to hold to my remarks. However, I will confess that I was rather frustrated and disappointed; and by luck of the draw, I ended up with an Airstream vehicle that was not up to the Airstream standard. By default; I realize every now and then there is going to be a bad apple in the bunch; or in automotive vernacular, a lemon! Since that time, I have cooled off quite a bit; and accepted my fate. I now own an Airstream Ridgeline; which I have used daily for the past six months or so. (I live in the Ridgeline full-time with my dog.) Having acclimated to the RV lifestyle; I have come to realize that the use and stress on the equipment is much greater when you live in the vehicle full-time; than someone who takes a trip four or five times a year. Even with the heavy use on the camper; I have only had one repair needed; which was probably more caused by operator malfunction; then by a defect in the workmanship or materials. So I wanted to write this third review and say that I am very happy with the service and effort put forth by the staff at the Orange County dealership. My sales representative is Bobby; and he has become a good friend. On his own time, and at his own insistence; he drove 20 miles after work and spent over two hours with me to get me situated after the malfunction that I mentioned above. Robert in the service department; has been flexible and communicative; and has been very courteous. Also, Candace has helped me a great deal with warranty information and insurance matters; which saved me a lot of hassle and time. It's too bad that I had a difficult experience; but, it wasn't a lack of sincerity or effort of anyone on staff at Airstream Orange County. This review is probably not the place to make the following comment; but I want to give a shout out to Matt and pray that he is doing well in his present challenges. Thank you, Bobby, Robert, Candace and all the staff at Airstream Orange County for your professional and courteous service.

They were willing to negotiate, patient when I picked it up and took time to explain all the systems to me. In addition, they gave me the peace of mind knowing they'd help if I had any troubles (which I did not). When I was ready to move on to another camper, they took my used camper on consignment and sold it in weeks. This is a locally owned, zero hassle shop. I highly recommend this team.

We first met Dave, the owner, and immediately felt at ease. He was relaxed, personable, and super knowledgeable--he answered all our questions without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. His salesperson was out that day, so Dave personally showed us the trailer and took the time to go over everything. When we sat down to talk numbers, there was absolutely *zero* pressure to buy. He didn't push us, didn't ask to run our credit, and genuinely encouraged us to take the weekend to think about it. That kind of approach is rare and truly appreciated. We decided to move forward the following Monday and called in to speak with Miguel. The entire process was seamless--we did everything online and over the phone. Miguel was consistently available, responded to texts (even after hours), and answered every single question we had. By the end of the week, we were picking up our new trailer. The walk-through was smooth, and they let us record the whole thing so we could reference it later (which was perfect for us as first-time trailer owners). David, Miguel, and Steven all made sure we were 100% comfortable and prepared before we pulled off the lot. Galaxy Camper feels like a family-oriented shop that genuinely cares about their customers. No gimmicks, no tricks, just fair pricing and honest people who want you to enjoy RV life with your family. We had visited some of the big lots before this and the difference is night and day--at the big places, you feel the pressure the moment you step on the lot. They bombard you with calls and texts and push hard for a same-day deal. Galaxy Camper is *not* like that at all, and that's exactly why we'll be recommending them to everyone we know. Highly, highly recommend!

We also spent a lot on this initial service, but we felt very satisfied with the quality of work done and overall value. Jeff and his team know what they are doing, and they do a very professional job. He gives good advice on what is and is not a good idea to fix/alter, and he is very customer oriented, making sure things are clean and working as they should, and even threw in complimentary items during the service like a replacement cover for our awning arm he happened to have, moving my fridge to gain a storage space for my long pans, adjusting my shaky rear view mirror, etc. The quality of the work here is great, everything works well and I like that he did some more service items that were really needed (!) like flush my hot water tank- it was so full of white scale! He also works with the insurance companies to fix things that are under warranty and makes it happen in a reasonable amount of time, as much as he can control. We were looking for a good RV service provider for our "new" RV since we plan to keep it for a long time. We definitely have found that service partner here in Jeff's group. They are so knowledgeable and experienced, and he is so reasonable and easy to work with. We highly recommend this business and will definitely use it in the future. Note: If you have to wait for an appointment, it's worth it. The business is popular for a reason, and it's not like other places you hear about where they keep your rig for months and leave you hanging. If they are waiting for a part, they call you when it comes in and take care of you when you bring your RV back in.

My experience renting from Tinno was literally the worst business experience I've ever had. I have always conducted myself in an honest manner. In this case, I was very upfront with Tinno about minor curtain damage (tiny dirt marks). And yes indeed there was some extra dust inside plus one small scratch on the exterior. I believe something from the road hit the side of the Airstream. The scratch in question was so small it was hard to even see. I find it dishonest and frankly offensive that Tinno responded to my review saying there were tears in the curtains (false!) and golf ball sized scratches that cost $4500 (false!). I would gladly swear under oath that these statements by him are categorically untrue. At the end of the day, I paid Tinno over $4,000 for an Airstream that retails new at $45K. The deposit he kept was $1500, a significant amount by any standards. And I had use of the Airstream for all of 9 days. Believe me folks, if you want peace of mind while on your adventure, go somewhere else because this guy has already done this at least twice now (read other reviews). Thank you for reading. I hope nobody has to experience this feeing of being picked off, not fun. Enjoy your travels people. And be safe on the roadways.
