I called R&K Mobile RV Repair and they sent a technician out within a week from when I called. They found the slide control box under the bathroom sink and it had gotten water in it and shorted out. They ordered the part and a week later, my slide issue is fixed. Not only that, he tracked down the *source* of the water getting in and fixed that as well. Fast, friendly, professional service! Good communication. He was happy to answer any and all questions I had. I have the XtraRide Service Contract and they worked flawlessly with them, so all I owed was the deductible.
