He started by butchering up our under belly saying it was our fresh water tank leaking, I knew it was not the problem because we never use our fresh water tank. I kept sending videos of the lines coming from the water pump showing him the leaks, he said he would be back out. And never showed back up. He charged us over $500 and never came back when I noticed we were still leaking. We gave him more time to come back and make it rite, he never showed. We called Epling rv services they came directly out, fixed our leaks. Do yourself a favor and do not use Custom Rv Services!! He should reimburse our money for not fixing our leaks and actually made more issues with the butchering he did to our water lines from the water pump and our underbelly.

I called one of the bigger RV places in Columbus figuring they would have the parts they said probably could get them in two weeks. So I searched on yelp and found Wilson RV and thought I would give them a call. I talked to Mike and he was able to get my parts the very next day!! He called me around noon the next day ,the parts had showed up. We were staying at Cardinal shooting center campground and Wilson RV is about 6 miles from here. They were all the original factory parts that I needed. Also there were several big rigs parked in his parking lot so looks like they do all types of work. I would highly recommend!!

I ask for the air conditioner to be serviced, and the electrical outlets checked, not working. Overall, the bill was $848.00. Broken down $325.00 for the awning. $300.00 for installation of the awning, and $223.00 for a single ground wire. They did not check the receptacles, or the air conditioner. This review is not easy. But, the service was very poor. Not worth the money charged.
