I went to this location on my birthday as a treat to myself as I do every year on my birthday and this year I not only tried a new location, I also added on a facial. My swedish massage was with Jalisa, she did a great job, was very nice to chat with and had my body feeling relaxed after. She worked on my problem areas that needed attention. (I really wanted a deep tissue, but with all the confusion of my appointment that got lost in translation) The highlight of this visit was the facial. This was my first time and Jane has made me want to come back more regularly to get one. It was awesome. Jane gave me great tips on facial care and how to maintain my skin.

Anyway, I was able to get an appointment the same day I called, within a couple hours time, so it is very convenient to be seen on short notice. Despite the young lady at the front desk (wish I got her name), I can say I had a great experience overall. My wax was done by Shaneka who made me feel comfortable and at ease. She thoroughly explained each step to me which kept me in the loop about the entire process. She even pitched products they had for sale, not in a pushy way but actually was informative about the benefits. She is a great conversationalist and gave a relatively painless wax. She was very personable and great and very skilled at doing lashes. She took her time and was able to get rid of the outgrown lash clumps that my last tech had missed (which was a lot!) She was very professional and explained to me what she was doing to my lashes whenever I felt a pinch (which was not her fault, it was because my lashes were so clumped together) and gave me warning ahead of time.
