The facility is well decorated and clean. Sonia is great. I had never been here before and didn't know anyone who had so I took the risk -- it was well worth it. Great spa etiquette, they use hard wax, and she was a gentle aesthetician. Went for a waxing and ended up booking my next appointment before I left! This is a convenient location right off Hull Street-- you don't have to go downtown for those spa treatments anymore! I will definitely be back!

I tried going elsewhere and they chopped up my eyebrows so needless to say I came back. I'm originally from NOVA and had my go to lady for years, who was excellent and taught me what good eyebrows are so..it was a struggle for me to find someone new. I've tried several now and Priya is the best I have found in this area so far. She is by appointment only and currently only has hours Monday and Tuesdays but if you can make it work she's worth it! She was very personable and great and very skilled at doing lashes. She took her time and was able to get rid of the outgrown lash clumps that my last tech had missed (which was a lot!) She was very professional and explained to me what she was doing to my lashes whenever I felt a pinch (which was not her fault, it was because my lashes were so clumped together) and gave me warning ahead of time. I would highly recommend Nyema and Glam Life Beauty Bar for your lash needs, but just be aware that they're a little more pricey than others because they operate out of a shop and there's a shop owner, while the other lash techs work out of their homes.
