Absolutely flawless service. Great response to the Yelp "Get a quote." Great follow up…read morecommunication to schedule once I said to book the job. Called before arriving and arrived on time, and took care not to track mud in. As for the job itself (garbage disposal replacement) the service tech tried to unjam the old one first (which would have saved me money) but came to the conclusion the old one was toast. Installed a new one quickly and cleanly. Price was exactly as quoted. As he was boxing his tools I asked if White Glove did any water quality testing and explained a problem I suspect I have on my supply line. He offered to take a sample on the spot that would be sent off to a lab. He quoted me a price and said I could pay in a week when the sample came back. How much more could I ask for? Great first experience with White Glove. They are at the top of my list for future needs.

I've had many techs come out to my house over the years but Nick was one of most professional and knowledgeable techs I have seen. Extremely friendly, knew what he was doing and took the time to explain things where it made sense. I was actually going to go with another company for my next years annual contract but after meeting Nick and watching him go about his job, I'm staying with White Glove. You might find a few companies cheaper than White Glove but by sticking with them, I know I'm getting my monies worth. Thanks Nick for your professionalism and your work ethic. I wish there were more guys like you out there.

Drain Works - See the drain? Me either. This is where it's supposed to empty out. It's completely buried in soil. This will not work properly.

Can I rate negative stars? I asked Bryan to work on putting in a drainage system for me. I've had…read moredrainage put into 4 other backyards in the past, and they have always used shovels or ditch witch to minimize damage to the yard (at most 6-12" across). Bryan, without first discussing with me, used an excavator and completely destroyed my lawn - tore up an area measuring 10 feet by 50 feet where there once was grass, and now there is not (photos 1 and 2). Since it wasn't in the contract that he wouldn't destroy my lawn, he says he completed the job with excellence. Further, the end of the pipe where it's supposed to empty out (third photo) is completely buried in soil so this will not actually drain properly. Finally, I politely expressed dismay at the damage and asked to discuss it in person. He proceeded to send a barrage of insulting and nasty texts. Buyers beware.

Separately Bryan extended the services of Drain Works for any future plumbing needs. I'm glad I kept the lines of communication open because I have since called on Bryan to help after I used another plumber who did disappointing work and left a mess, both figuratively and literally. Bryan went above and beyond to make sure the work was done well. Even though he worked late into the evening and even though it was a Saturday Bryan returned first thing the following morning to finish up. Cassandra kept me in the loop regarding his ETA. Once again Bryan did an outstanding job. He is conscientious, diligent and passionate about his chosen trade. On top of that his cleanup is great. I'm glad I decided to give them another try. It turns out Drain Works has been in business less than 2 years, so they're a young company that is putting things in place to make sure their clients don't drop through the cracks again. As with anything in life, stuff happens. It's not so much what happens, but how people/businesses respond to them. My decision to give Drain Works another chance is because of how they handled what had happened. That Bryan does great work at a reasonable rate so good value also helps. I look forward to working with Drain Works on my list of plumbing maintenance and improvements. ORIGINAL REVIEW: BE WARY OF HIRING DRAINWORKS LLC/BRYAN MARTIN. I first used Drainworks at the end of March and Bryan did a great job. I have since had TWO no-shows from Bryan even after he messaged saying he would be here. I had waited on Bryan because he said he was sick, so no worries. I let him know I was waiting on him before I could move to the next step but he was sick so I completely understood the delay; I would postpone the other tradesman until Bryan was able work on the plumbing modifications. After he was back up and running Bryan offered to come on Monday 4/22. I said it was OK to come later in the week if he needed to ease back into work and catch up on other jobs; I could wait a few more days. Bryan said he would come Tuesday 4/23. Because I hadn't heard back and was concerned that he was still sick, I messaged on Thursday 4/25 to check in. He said he was feeling much better and was back to appointments that very day. Great news! He would come on Monday 4/29. He messaged late Monday saying he would come the next day. Tuesday he messaged to apologize he had an emergency and had to fix flooding at a client's and couldn't make it. He messaged on Wednesday and let me know he would come around 3 PM. At 4:30 he messaged to say he was 20 minutes out, then NOTHING. I messaged him a couple of hours later asking since he wasn't coming would he be here the following day or the day after that on Friday, May 3 but I didn't get a response. OK, it was late in the day so no worries. I heard from him the following day, Thursday, saying he would be here Friday at 10 am. Then Friday came and went. NOTHING all day. NOT COOL DUDE. On top of that I have had another contractor on hold. I've also seen on Nextdoor.com where other people have shared similar experiences. I could have done so many other things--including help a friend get her car that had broken down to the mechanic's--had he let me know he wasn't coming. I'm now behind on the project and have to find another plumber. NOT COOL DUDE.

He squeezed me in his schedule and updated me the day of service multiple times concerning his arrival. He is honest, kind, professional and VERY knowledgeable! He also has the most reasonable prices I have EVER seen for a plumber. I couldn't give him a higher recommendation. I'm recommending him to everyone in the Harper's mill area where I live. So grateful we found him. Below review from 7/2025 I have never left a 5 star review from only talking to a business owner, but please read on. I left Harry a detailed message about a couple of toilets in my 4 year old home leaking from tank to bowl. I thought maybe the flapper, but when it happened to an upstairs & downstairs toilet around the same time, I panicked & thought it was maybe a plumbing system issue. Harry called me back promptly & let me know right up front that he was fully booked until August. But he also eased my mind by reminding me that the toilets were all put in at the same time, so more than one could have components wearing out at the same time. Since I only had leaking to the bowl, I changed the flappers & now they both work great! Even though he was very busy, he took the time to call me back. Even though he was booked until August, he listened to what I said. Granted he didn't try to diagnose over the phone, but his common sense, honest approach prevented me from calling another company for an emergency that I didn't have. He was right. I had two toilets with faulty equipment at the same time..a coincidence! I would highly recommend Harry; he is busy for a reason. I would schedule with him in the future if I needed a plumber.

We were told the furnace needed replacement. As part of the discussion about new equipment, we complained about our terrible A/C system. After making various calculations, they came to the conclusion, the reason we don't keep up in the summer time during high temps was due to our system being too small, so we decided it was time to replace the gas furnace and A/C all at the same time with a high capacity Trane system that Chase recommended. We not only believe the new system is much more efficient, but just this week (7/3-4/2026) during 100+ temps and 111 heat index, we are having NO issues maintaining low 70's temps inside. This change has been worth every penny and we are seeing utility savings on year over year, monthly bills paying us back month by month. We suffered for years believing that A/C use in summer just can't keep up with the soaring temps and come to find out now, we suffered for no reason, as that was anything but true. Thanks again to the technicians from Chase Heating and Air. Great job!!
