The atmosphere is very relaxed and welcoming. Every time I have walked into the studio I have been greeted with a hello or welcome. They have 8 saunas, the first four saunas are set up for isometric workouts like Hot Buns, Hot Bands, Hot Yoga, etc. The last four saunas are set up for H.I.T workouts, they have two Hot Cycle saunas and two Hot Blast (cycle workout that involves arm movements). Because of Covid-19 it's one person (plus a family/friend if you feel comfortable working out with them in an in closed space) per sauna. The saunas are big enough and normally set up for three people to workout together. If you are looking for a place to workout then I would highly recommend HOTWORX. The rates are really reasonably and they have a family package deal also. Plus the first workout is free.

They offer a variety of workouts that you can schedule on the app. During the pandemic, you have your own little sauna to yourself. I can't think of a safer gym set up right now. The workouts are led by a video that plays automatically in the sauna. You can adjust the temperature to your liking, I like mine at 130°. Their workouts are very easy to modify. I am recovering from rotator cuff surgery, and am able to complete workouts without using my left arm. They sell a variety of fitness equipment to use with your work out, including resistance bands, mats, towels, and apparel. The facility itself is very clean and organized, and open 24/7. They have a couple bathrooms with a shower included. The staff that I have encountered have been very friendly and helpful. Check them out!

Because of their effort (working as a team) to achieve greatness, everything just keeps getting better. The organization operates as smooth as a Singer sewing machine. They have so much to offer, not the least of which is the quick service when I have a medical issue. Their website and member portal are a huge plus. I recently described a medical issue using the member portal. In only a few minutes I received a call from Dr. Herbst, who questioned me and diagnosed the problem; then she suggested what to do if the proposed remedy did not work. Problem solved. Other issues that normally require going to a specialist were handled in house. The Salt Health model is unlike any other medical facility I have seen. It should be replicated around the world.

The stylist was also very friendly and seemed to understand what I was looking for. I even provided a picture. When she made the first cut I realized she did not understand what I was looking for at all. I made peace with the new length of my hair but it wasn't until the first cut of my bangs that my heart sunk. I literally felt sick. My bangs are well above my eyebrows. Straightened. I have naturally curly hair, which I explained to her. I'm not looking forward to my first curly hair day with these new, extremely short bangs. I will not be back.

I was charged a late fee because my credit card expired. For 8 days. I didn't use the gym for the 8 days my card was expired. I wasn't even in the state. They could have simply deactivated access until it was resolved, but they opt to get the late fee revenue in the name of "convenience" to their customers.
