This place sucks. How do you pool store hours and everything else online and when you go there the deer in the headlights lady says we're online store only. Maybe you should put that in your ad instead of me wasting 30 minutes of my life to come there only to find out that's what it is read more

I ordered a fairly small part from this place. The order was placed online, and part of the information they wanted was a phone number in case there are questions, and of course the email address. They ship the part UPS, and then four days later UPS returns the package to OHIO. The reason they returned it was because UPS does not deliver to a P O box. The shipping department at this business must know that. Why did they not contact me for a suitable address? I still do not have my part. Oh well! read more

Awesome place to do business. It is said that you only really know how good someone is, when something goes wrong. I have placed a few orders and all went well. Right items shipped quickly to me. Well on one order, I had the wrong item drop shipped to me from one of their suppliers. I contacted their customer service and received a prompt call back with the mistake handled quickly and thoroughly; the correct item immediately on its way. It is great to do business with a company staffed by real people treating their customers as real people. How refreshing. They are my new go to place for all my RV needs. read more

I ordered a part for my air; after $331 it never came. I had to contact the company, Amber was rude. She said it came back to them Undeliverable??? Funny, I have gotten all the rest of my mail without any problems with that address. Asked me if I wanted her to send it back out. Uhhhhh...yes it's hot and I need my air part that I already paid for. Finally, get the part...its the wrong part?! I call back to crappy customer service again. I was told it was the correct part but the manufacturer might have changed it and that a 2-3 day approval was needed from them for me to get a shipping label to return the item. The box listed the correct item number but the part inside the box wasn't correct. Amanda was completely rude several times upon speaking with her. Accused me of calling her all day about receiving my refund, which wasn't true. She was horrible at customer service & and rude & an major attitude to boot. I did finally get the refund but do yourself a favor & save yourself the nightmare, crappy experience... Shop anywhere else!!!! read more

I'm request return my portion of the delivered item and they said i need to paid the shipping . I'm an experienced tent camper, but a rookie when it comes to RVing. I found what I thought was a great online store (RVupgrades.com) and product (CAMCO XL Vent Covers) to allow me to keep my RV top vents open for air flow when storing my RV. Turns out the covers were not tall enough to enclose my vent opening doors. Never installed the units and wanted to return them in perfect condition. Purchase cost me $92.00 which they refunded. However, the return cost me $52.00 in shipping which RVupgrades refused to reimburse - saying I had obviously measured things wrong to begin with and that the return was my fault for lack of planning. This was on an "XL" vent cover advertised to fit any vent! There is nothing wrong with the CAMCO product (just undersized for 2021 RV model vents). But, RVupgrades attitude and handling of my request for them to pay shipping has lost them a lifetime customer - all over a measly $52! How unbelievably short-sighted of a company and its leadership. Terrible support for a motivated and originally happy customer. Business must be good currently because this business practice will come back to bite them in the end. What a shame. read more

We ordered an AC unit and it advertised 'free delivery' and did come fairly quickly. However, a few months later FedEx bill collectors started bugging us to pay the freight charge of around $150. On our shipping invoice it plainly stated 'free delivery' from FedEx. I called this place and was told "we always pay our bills!" Maybe so but they wait until the 90 day maximum to do it. No customer should be harassed by bill collectors....says a lot about this place running on a shoe string. read more

online ordering is fairly easy. however, if you need to cancel the order, good luck. i left voice mail, email and text msg. the order was canceled and i got an email to confirm that. a week later i got an automated email wanting to confirm that i had received my order. of course i said sure did! they need to get a better web service if they wish to continue doing online business. read more

I continued my trip in a different vehicle and asked if they could do everything possible to have my car done 2 days later on my way back through after skiing. They met the short timeline, despite having to tow my vehicle, order a special part (drive train baring), install, and quality check their work. I could not be happier with the service. I had the best case scenario thanks to Fast Friendly's. They even charged me less than quoted because they did not use all the parts they thought were needed. The shop has flatly refused to diagnose the engine light in my VW Beetle. Their sales pitch about using "the best oil" is no more than a full synthetic compatible with your car. Any shop will do this. What's more, Foreign Auto Solutions doesn't care about their customers other than getting paid. They don't clean up their parking lot nor do they salt it. Right smack in the middle of the winter, I slipped and fell on the black ice in the parking lot, and a kind bystander helped me back to my feet. Bystander, and not one of the shop workers. I walked inside and grabbed a piece of a paper towel to stop bleeding in my hands. I was actually lucky to even find a piece of paper towel; it was almost used up and not refilled. This was the last time that I visited this shop. Never again, and don't recommend it to anyone. Enough said.

I ordered a Micro-Air Thermostat for my Gulf Stream Envision to replace the Dometic Thermostat. Super happy with RVUpgrades. Would have given 5 stars but was disappointed they used USPS for a fairly expensive part. Initially said it would be delivered on Wednesday. Was unable to get tracking updates from USPS other than they had picked up the item. Had to call RVUpgrades when it was not delivered. They told me to wait a day or two. Ended up being delivered on Friday. Not RVUpgrades fault. However, I'm spoiled using Amazon Prime and Ordering Dog Food from Chewy. Ordered a case of can dog food and toy and got it next day. Might consider using UPS or Fedex ground. By the way we love the new thermostat! Highly recommended. read more

I accidentally ordered 2 AC units and did not realize it until I received an email from Emma A. asking if the order was correct. I have never had a person call to make sure my order was correct and I am thankful that Emma emailed. The money was refunded immediately. The AC arrived on schedule and packaged well. Got my microwave in a timely manner. The box showed some damage, so I opened it to verify everything was okay in the box and the unit turned on. I had to wait to get the RV back from the shop so It could be installed. Got the RV on 8/11/23 and installed the microwave. Fits perfectly and works!!! I salvaged the surround from the old one, so no one can tell I replaced the old oven with a new one. Thanks for the fast shipping. read more

RV furnace was squealing like a pig. Took it apart to find the motor bearing going out. Found RVupgrades had the right motor at the right price. The new motor arrived just a few days later. I mounted the motor with no issues. Now just waiting to install back into the RV for an initial test. It's beed rainy, so I'm waiting for it to dry out a bit. We received the thermostat pretty quickly....and it was exactly as advertised...my only complaint is there were ZERO directions, install instructions, or order/ steps you HAVE TO DO to make it functional.. was a bit frustrating.
