This is genuinely next level decorating! I looked at the website and drove down there expecting a small warehouse of props. No! This was a warehouse the size of a small country with insane props that go on for MILES! The props are Disneyland/Movie studio quality props and it truly doesn't matter what type of party theme you are planning, they have decor for it! read more

We got the elephant for our Safari themed graduation dinner and awards for our school which was held outside due to Covid. It tied our whole theme together and was such a big hit with everyone not only the graduates! Lori was so easy to work with and very professional! I would call on them again! read more

We have had our share of parties and a couple times I have made an appointment at RWB to get inspiration on which theme to choose. RWB time and again has helped us out with props for our exhibits at the Children's Museum at La Habra. They have been our go-to prop company for over 30 years. They ALWAYS do their best to find what we need. They have a HUGE selection of the most amazing things - you name it, they probably have it. I can talk to someone via phone or email for orders, and I can always go down to browse through the warehouse. Super friendly. read more

I wanted to love this party prop rental company experience as I enjoyed their vast selection of party props advertised online. However, the party props we rented arrived full of large black scuff marks, the props were chipped, and not cleaned before our rental. The party props were a nice size and creative, they just were beat up and not what you would expect from the pictures. My We had to spend 2 hours cleaning them before we set them out for the party. We reached out to RWB Party Props to give them a chance to resolve our issue and we experienced very unprofessional customer service from Donna. She said their rental contract lists the words "as is" and was not willing to offer a courtesy discount and definitely did not put the customer first. I do not recommend renting from this company and if you do just know that the pictures may not accurately represent the product you will receive. read more

When I first entered the warehouse, I was scared; the place reminded me of one of those scary movie warehouses! I was with 3 of my fellow classmates and we were looking for Alice in Wonderland props for our school dance. The warehouse is filled with so many things like couches, pirate statues, cutouts, carriages, scarecrows, etc. etc. One of the employees appeared and directed us out of the warehouse and into the nice little home-style building next door which turned out to be the main office. There, we were able to look through photographs of all of their props and place our orders from them. All of their props are priced well and the employees were happy to help us look for the ones we needed. I wish I had known about this place before! If you ever need a prop for any kind of party, whether its 1920's, storybook, Halloween, or whatever, they will have something for you. Some things you should know: If you want them to deliver, it will cost 30% of whatever the total cost is. Don't wander on your own; you will get lost because this place is huge. They have a very spiffy holding policy where they will put an item on hold for you up until a week before your event. read more

We do at least 12 hotel functions a year and have found that when we want to put an extra punch in the decorations, RWB is the way to go. They are very professional in that they are always there when they're suppose to be with just what you've ordered. They set up quickly and have something for pretty much every theme you could imagine. We love them and use them all the time. Great company! read more

This place is fabulous. I wanted to have a memorable birthday party, and didn't have a clue how to decorate out of the ordinary. Some how, I stumbled on this place through Google, and it made my party a hit. They say party props, but it looks like a film warehouse. My party was 60's theme, so I rented a couple of flower power petitions, and a couple of (what they call) Laugh In petitions or backdrops. I rented 4 Beatles standing 8' tall. I asked Ed Mendez, the project manager/designer for some ideas, and he said he'd send a few extra things to make it look nice. I didn't have to decorate at all. The guys brought the huge props, set up, came back the next day, and took them back for me. And when I walked into that banquet room, my mouth dropped. I'll try to add pictures later. Bob Babcock was a rare genius who inspired me more than any person I ever met. He made 2/3 scale antique pull cars that ran on bicycle wheel rims. I made several myself but I never had the slightest amount of talent that he did. He had built a 2/3 scale Old West town in his back yard with wood frame and painted cardboard walls. I wanted to do the same in my back yard but my Dad would never put up with such nonsense. Bob's parents were very accommodating, and allowed their son to follow his bent. Now in my old age my interest is in ancient languages - Egyptian hieroglyphs and Assyrian, Akkadian, and Sumerian cuneiform. I have published 73 books of my ancient language discoveries. But, like Bob, I like antique and classic cars and have a 1925 Ford, and a 1929 Hudson and a couple of Rolls-Royces. read more

I am an event planner and I used to use this company all the time. They have amazing props, truly the best in OC. But I had so many problems with them it just caused me too much anxiety. I would reserve props and they would just not show up on delivery day. I would ask them where the items I paid for and they responded "oh I guess it is broken. Sorry. We don't have that anymore." Obviously this cause a ton of stress when it is the day of your event. It was easy to get my money back - no issues there - but I was still screwed the day of my event. Another time, I wanted to book a bunch of props for a holiday event, they told me those props were already reserved for someone else. Of course I was disappointed but not their fault. I found another peop company and booked with them instead. A week prior to my holiday event date I received a call from RWB props saying that they were going to deliver all the props that I had ordered for my Holiday party. Huh? I never reserved anything. They said it was all booked! I never paid them, never signed anything and they were ready to deliver everything on my doorstep. LolThey said that They put in their books that I reserved them and that is why they were not available. Thankfully I had an email where one of their employees told me I could not reserve anything because their items were not available. (Which obviously was not true). They apologized. Of course I wanted to use their items so I was annoyed to find out later the items were available the entire time. This happened not once but 3 times!!! By the third time I gave up. I haven't used then since which is unfortunate because they really have great items to rent. read more
