The Toller Creations team promptly arrived early to my daughter's sweet 16 celebration early to set up and worked quickly to set up the shimmer photo backdrop wall, marquee numbers and Happy birthday sign. It was like everything magically appeared and then disappeared that is how quick they are with set up/ break down. They even leave extra bulbs just in case one needs to be replaced (I.e. accidentally hit or brown by guests). My balloon vendor and dessert cart vendor were able to come in and set up their portion of the photo backdrop wall. Pricing is perfect for any budget. Can't wait to use them again for our next event/celebration.

I received a few different calls to confirm the party so everything seemed on track. On the day of the party, the balloon artist showed up without the character. Our character made a mistake and had her parties mixed up so she was over an hour late. The balloon artist kind of just walked around and made balloon animals for the kids but it was awkward with no character. Since our character was so late, some kids had to leave when she was just arriving. We were building up the anticipation but by then we discovered it would be well over another hour, so the kids got in the pool instead and were well into playing and not really into the entertaining by the time the character did arrive. Overall the character was great once the kids heard her singing. Balloon artist was kind of a waste of money since it was a little awkward having someone walk around making balloons without the entertainer. Kind of a bummer it played out that way. Mistakes do happen but no one even reached out to explain anything, I just received an invoice to pay with a slight discount which I still paid.

I sent in an email and they responded to me right away and I sent them pictures off their instagram of what I wanted. You can also go on their website and take a look or you can set up a time to go to their show room if you want to take a look at everything in person. I went with a gorgeous buffet I wanted to use as my desert table, a Victorian couch, and the most adorable distressed pink dining table. Gizelle is the person who coordinated everything with me and she is amazing. She is so wonderful at communicating and she made the whole process so easy for me. We set up the delivery and pick up time and they were right on time and set everything up perfectly. The location that I chose even had a ton of construction going on around it the morning off and Gizelle was so patient and understanding and being as stressed out as I was I really appreciated that.
