The manager reached out to us and demanded we remove this review or he would no longer work with us to resolve the issue (meaning leaving us with no floors after paying his company $15,000). We also discovered that not only did they not install a vapor barrier despite it being required by the manufacturer's installation guide -they CHARGED us for the vapor barrier and installation and never installed it. We have filed a complaint with the Nevada State Contractor's Board and are hoping these issues can be resolved through mediation, but as of this writing, working with the company directly has resulted in no resolution and we have spent $15,000 and have been living on our concrete slab for most of this year. read more

We needed flooring repair in the kitchen. I had opened a Yelp project find and had a few contractors come to spec out the flooring project. After taking a look, we decided to go with National Flooring Group. The sales representative whom originally worked on our project and came out to do the sqft estimate was Andrew. He walked us through the initial process. We would need to supply our own tile, however, the company would supply the contractors, grout, hardy-backer sub-flooring etc. Over the weekend, we had decided to move forward with the project. National Flooring Group had scheduled contractors to come out to the house on Tuesday, with installation finish on Wednesday. When the contractors arrived, they didn't have knowledge on the job that needed to be done. I had informed them of the tile work in the kitchen. Afterwards they made a few phone calls to confirm the work for the project. After day 1, they had wrapped up and left. The house was filled with debris, glass shards and dirt from where they had walked. My daughter and I had to vacuum/mop the house after they had left, otherwise, someone could have hurt themselves with the sharp objects left on the floor. As we had left the house, we noticed in the entry to the garage that all of the glass and tile debris that the contractors were working on, was left out on our concrete. Had I backed our vehicle out from the garage, our tires could have popped with what was left. My daughter and I had to sweep outside and throw-out the debris in the trash. The contractors had informed us that they would arrive at our residence at 7:30 A.M on Wednesday. On Wednesday, the contractors had arrived late, at 9:00 A.M. They did not have the T-Molding transitions which were requested in the quote to put in-place from the tile to the laminate. It took them about 3 hours to finish the grout. After they had left, we decided to inspect the work. The kick space, or toe kick all around the cabinets were damaged. The tile cuts, especially around the island, were not clean cuts. They were jagged. Some of the grout was not filled in properly. We were also overcharged for material not used on the original invoice. After inspecting the damage, we had called the office multiple times. The first call we had informed the project manager that there was material not used on the invoice and had requested a refund. We also informed them of the damage the contractors did. We had received a call back and was informed that the office would not cover the damages that they did. We were specifically told that we would have to pay them additional funds for the company to repair their own damage that they did to our kitchen. They had said that we could pay them for another contractor to repair the toe kicks or we could have them replace it with tile, knowing we would have to pay them more money to fix their damages that they did. I was pretty much in tears at this point. The manager had came out to our house the next day and had informed us the same thing, that they would not repair the damages that they did unless we paid them more money. He also told us that if we decided to purchase the t-molding for the tile, that they would then come back to fix the grout, otherwise, they wouldn't fix it as is from their work. I'm really disappointed and unhappy how it turned out. If you're looking for flooring, I'd highly recommend not to go with this company. read more

We replaced the carpet in our new build with lvp almost a year ago and started to have issues with some spots that weren't sitting correctly. This led to damage and wear on the planks and overall looked bad, creaked, and was raised off the subfloor. I called Feda to see what he could do. He ended up filing a warranty claim to the manufacturer (since it was an issue with the plank itself) and even though it took a few months to get everything in order, had his team come right back out to fix it. Even though the affected area was only maybe a 3x3 space they ended up doing the right thing and replaced a larger area versus spot fixing it. His installer (Mr. Cruz) is very friendly and does great work. He cleans up after the job is done and actually puts stuff back which not many do. read more

His pricing was fair and compatible with other places but in the end he beat them all in pricing and product. Above all he listened to all my concerns, and worked with me on the details. Rick came out personally to do the measurements and had a very reasonable estimate for us within a couple of days. We agreed and scheduled the work for the next week. His installers arrived as.promised and actually finished the flooring a bit ahead of schedule. After the floor was finished they came back to finish the tile work around the fireplace. Rick is a very nice guy and promised me a great deal. I was looking forward to it. Well what happened was he couldn't deliver what he promised. I was looking at 1500$ total for everything which is average he said he will be back to do bit more discount for me. I was cool til few days later I called he said the best deal he can offer is 2000$. What??? If you can't deliver something please don't say you can. I was super disappointed. But then I guess we did the deal around middle. That's fine but the job that the contractor did , which Rick hired to do , is terrible. The stairs noses were not good, they keeping falling off one week after another. I know they have warranty but it's very hard to get hold of the contractor . He never show up on appointments. Then if he comes he said he fix them, still 10days later it falls off again. I had to find another contractor to fix it!! read more

Please do not utilize this company if you are trying to remodel your home. I took a chance with this company, and am really disappointed overall. I purchased Republic Patagonian Rosewood Flooring from them, and later asked for them to be installed. They charged me $1.75 per sq ft which I thought was a fair price; only for them to not complete the work! Please see images below. They sent an unauthorized, unlicensed team to my house, and did not even advise me that they needed an additional box. I found a vendor in town and they gave me the additional slabs needed in addition to the 1 box (14). When I called the contractor, he gave me another excuse as to why he could not install the flooring as promised. When I refuted his frivolous claims, he then stated "you don't have a contract with me, do you"?While I will not say the quality of their product is not excellent; their customer service and follow through are horrendous and no one takes accountability for their actions. read more

I purchased laminate flooring and baseboards including installation of these from national flooring. I also contracted with them to have marble countertops fabricated and installed in my kitchen. I had purchased the marble slabs and when purchasing the flooring the subject of my kitchen remodel came up and they said they had a contractor that could do the fabrication and installation of the countertops which made it easier for me because I only had to deal with one company for the things I could not or did not want to do on the remodel. Just like to publicly state how grateful I am for the work performed on the house. It can be nerve wracking to hire a contractor. You don't have much control after the initial approval (poor workmanship can be a stinging reminder of this fact for years afterward) so we spoke to many companies. Rick is the only one who detailed the process for us in a completely professional manner. Some of the things Rick included in the job were considered "optional" by other contractors. "Those things HAVE to be done in order for the job to be done correctly" he explained. That was a good sign. The work is absolutely beautiful and was performed in a short time frame by some of the hardest working people I have ever met in my life. We get a thrill over how great the floors look in every room of the house (I wish I knew how to post photos to this review).
