RV Country in Bellemont charged me $399.11 to fix it after searching for days to someone to help me. I can't believe to have someone appointed to be a "General Manager" with absolutely no knowledge of how to fill properly a RV propane tank without blowing the line. I found Rebecca Chadwick as an insecure, begging for attention "pretty face" who probably wouldn't even qualify to flip burgers at the local burger joint, but the store rating of 2.5 stars clearly explains how she "manages" the store.

I went in to have a brake controller added to my Ford Van. Bought a new trailer and to tow it…read moresafely, and properly, I needed a brake controller to activate the trailer brakes. I've been a loyal U-Hail customer for decades, and that loyalty is based on their long history of providing excellent service for avgood value. This visit, well, three visits a couple weeks apart are what I'm here to talk about. So on my first visit I met Rebeka, Carl, and Chris. The facility was clean, well lit, well stocked and expansive with room to walk around, comfortable chairs to sit in, a large accessible bathroom, and the whole place was clean and new looking. I spoke first to Carl who took copious notes and then said that Chris would be the gentleman handling the install and ganded off his notes to Chris, who went out with me to look at my van, and discuss where to actually install the controller so that I could reach it while driving if I needed to make adjustments. He then set to work and did a perfect job. The price out the door was a very pleasant surprise given that I'd heard it was going to be around $500, and I paid a couple hundred less than that! I was thrilled Everyone there was friendly, helpful, professional, and patient with me. I love that about any place I spend money. So that accomplished I drove home to wait for my trailer to be delivered. Which brings me to my second visit. My trailer was delivered and as I was getting ready to leave for a trip south to avoid cold, wet weather, I found out that the existing jack on the back of my truck wasn't fully installed, and only handled Stop, Tail, Turn lighs and nothing else, certainly not the brakes. So I ran vack over to U-Haul and Ben slid under the truck, looked at things carefully, and while he had some great ideas, he asked me to come back when Chris was in again to actually get the work done. That was Sunday. So the following Tuesday I walked in and Chris while with another customer welcomed me by name andcsaud he'd be right with me. Given that I was an hour early for my Ten O'clock appointment, I fully expected to have to wait. What I didn't expect was to be remembered and greeted so well by a man, by a company, that sees hundreds of customers a day. Chris finished up with the customer he was with, and then came and got me, I covered my mistake, he took the keys, and got right to work, well before my ten o'clock appointment! A bit later, he was done, covered all the work he'd done including hooking up the power lines, not just the brake line, and I was again out the door at a price hundreds less than I thought it was going to cost! He and Ben had worked hard, got the job done in record time, and dramatically less expensive than I thought it would cost. Even better, my seven pinn connector had been just hanging loose when I bought the truck second hand, and Chris properly mounted it onto my truck to make it stable and easy to use, thus improving it's lifespan! Took my truck home, hooked up the trailer, and off I went!!! Everything, and everyone there was perfect! I feel like I'm forgetting a person or two there, and hopefully they will forgive me my forgetfulness, but the most important point is for moving and or towing, there is no better place to go than the U-Haul in Flagstaff!!! Everyone there was friendly, helpful, extremely knowledgeable and excellent at their jobs. Rebeka is the manager of this location and instead of hiding in the back room as many managers do, she was right out front helping customers and doing a fantastic job! I give this location extra points for having a woman at the health, everybit as knowledgeable and capable as everyone else there! Way to go Rebeka!!! So, long story short, you need help with moving, towing, or both? There is no better place in Flagstaff to go than this U-Haul!!! When you go, tell them Sami sent you, you won't be disappointed!!! So in the end, everything went so well, and U-Haul saved me hundreds of dollars! I have always trusted U-Haul, and these three visits only strengthened my dedication to them as a customer!!!

I originally had tried to use UHAUL, but after they 1) couldn't get me a truck when I needed it, 2)…read morecouldn't get me a truck in my reserved city or any neighboring (even after changing my moving date to get a truck) and 3) having horrible one-on-one service with representative, I tried to make a reservation through Penske. I called right after making the reservation to be sure that I'd get what I needed (as I was moving the following day and needed this taken care of pronto!) The man (I believe his name was Gerald) I spoke to on the phone said that even though I could make a reservation with them, it didn't guarantee I'd get what I needed. He informed me that he had NO TRUCKS available at all and I was out of luck. Disappointed (and utterly stressed!), I tried calling around to some other places only to have my phone calls interrupted by the Penske representative I had spoken to earlier. He had made some calls and made arrangements to get what I needed, where and when I needed it for the following day. He went ABOVE and BEYOND to give me impeccable service. He kept me updated with ETAs and even upgraded my truck with no extra charge. After having the door slammed in my face over and over, I was so grateful for this experience. I would definitely use, not only penske, but this location again (if I were ever moving away from Flagstaff again lol). The drop off was just as easy. Every question I had before picking up was answered and literally everything during this whole experience was a piece of cake. PS. I'm a twenty year old, female, college student and I drove one of the 16 footers from Flagstaff to California and felt so comfortable doing it! Penske has it set up in a way that I wasn't worried one bit if I had a question or problem (which I didn't, by the way), I could call them and get help as soon as possible. AWESOME SERVICE!

I was called about 2 hours prior to me truck rental that the truck would not be available. I was able to find a trailer somewhere else, that wasn't as big and not big enough to haul everything. If I had at least a day notice, I could have tried to make some other arrangements, but 2 hours is not enough time. Other rental truck companies at least try to find something else available in another location. Not this company. They just leave you stranded! To top it all off, I was then charged a $75 no show fee!

The van was clean, had moving blankets and straps and was the same price as the truck so we got extra space for the same price. We called in a panic about returning it before they closed and luckily they have a return box so you can return it after hours. I will definitely be using this company next time I need a truck or van. For a stressful moment it was a positive experience.

My research showed that they were highly recommended, so I decided to give them a try. WOW!!! I was blown away by the difference! I had to click a star in order to post but my rating is ZERO:…read more Avoid Jones Ford in Camp Verde, AZ. Bought a certified pre-owned Ford Escape and it has been a constant problem. The vehicle sat for 7 months waiting on a transmission, and the replacement was defective. It has been back in the shop almost every month since, and Ford still cannot fix the issue. I've contacted the dealership management, including the GM, reached out to Ford Corporate multiple times. No one has taken the responsibility or provided a real solution. Instead of standing behind their certified vehicle, they told me to trade it in and take a loss. A "Certified" vehicle should not have ongoing, unresolved issues like this, and customers should not be ignored after repeated repair attempts. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend going somewhere else.
