I wasn't going to respond to your response on Yelp but the fact that it's now been over a month and you still refuse to send me a detailed invoice and the fact Nick decided to immediately text me after my initial review threatening legal action and bringing up my military service which is completely unrelated says all without me saying anything further. I gave your company over a month now to send me an invoice and I would have ignored Nicks unprofessional, unprovoked threats, and belittlement over my military service but I can't look past it any further. Here are screenshots of what he texted me immediately after my first review, something I believe everyone will want to see before doing business with your company. For everyone seeing this I spent many years in the Army and I'm a combat veteran so I'm not sure why Nick decided this was relevant to text me when all I was asking was for an invoice so I know why I was charged such an obscene amount. If the invoice looked correct I would have deleted my initial review and went my way but I know that wouldn't have happened which is exactly why he still refuses to send it, something I'm owed as a consumer. I will be disputing $350 of the $946.49 charged to me and will be contacting the BBB over the unprofessional texts that were very unnecessary and unprofessional. Then Flagstaff Towing demanded $300 in cash only, refusing card--which is illegal under AZ law (ARS § 28-4847). The photos they took of my car show the snow hazard. They ignored that and held my car hostage. This is predatory and unlawful. If this happened to you too, file a complaint with the Arizona Attorney General.

The driver from Economy called me back quickly, made sure we have a ride for everyone ( got a taxi to come out too) and verified m location. The driver arrived within an hour, made sure that the problems wasn't something that could be fixed roadside, and hooked up the van quickly. The driver stated that he would not leave until the taxi arrived - which arrived within 10 minutes. My idea was to have the van towed to the hotel and figure out what to do in the morning. The driver told me there was a place in Flagstaff that was opened on Sunday. He offered to drop me at the hotel, let us get our things out of the van, and then he would drop it off for us. This went "above and beyond".

I've seen plenty of other cars parked here without passes or parked on the red curb without any punishment. It's $180 for boot removal, no warning or anything. They're also extremely rude on the phone. When my guest explained that it might take them a couple of days to come up with the money, they immediately started talking down to them and were extremely short tempered. They absolutely do not deserve to be in flagstaff, a disgusting company.
