    If I could leave 0 stars I would. I had a delivery scheduled for December 31st, 2024. They just completely skipped delivering my washer and dryer at all. They told both Samsung and myself that "traffic" is why they didn't come out during my delivery window. RXO should have just said we can't deliver on New Year's Eve or New Years. It would be easy to schedule around my actual plans. Now their tracking shows no location for my appliance. They can't even be bothered to answer the phone to "re-schedule" my delivery. Their automated system just hangs up on you. They are probably closed from the holiday. Samsung shouldn't be dealing with a company like this. They lie actively on the phone with you and tell you it's your fault. They said there was no answer at my home. Their tracking shows they came to my home around 8:24 in the morning and then again at 8:52 in the morning. My delivery window was 3:30 PM - 7:30PM. I was sitting outside in my yard during my delivery. Funny that I didn't see their truck show up. Samsung told me the actual truth which was traffic was too bad so they didn't even bother delivering. I guess I'm just never going to get my order?

    * Captain's log, star date 2/20/25: It has taken this long since discovering 1/11/25 that the oven doesn't get to temperature for LG's warranty team to get someone out to take a look at this oven - with weekly, sometimes 2x/week, calls and texts directly with LG's social media team, helpline, Presidential liaison, and CS team. And when the tech looked at it, guess what they found: the 4-wire oven was wired incorrectly to the 3 wires from my junction box. The oven came with instructions for this very connection. So the RXO team still managed to not do this oven justice and hooked it up with only 120 coming to an oven that needed 240 - but with a lot of proactive elbow grease on my part I got the right team (LG's own techs) out here to look at this install and get it corrected. 3 months after I initially ordered this oven, it's finally working the way it should.

    I was contacted by the company and they delivered my bed the next day. They were very professional and on time. I was very upset about the whole reschedule ordeal but now I am very pleased by the white glove service performed, today, Sunday. They went above and beyond. Thanks

    This is the truck RXO used the second go round after stating a van had to be used due to the bridge being to low tobget to my home.

    I ordered a 85in TV that was not delivered on the original date intended. The driver Ramirez Santizo was 3 min away when I received a call stating the truck was to big to go under a 10ft bridge. I suggested for him to find away around and he stated there was no way around. I preceded to ask him to dolly the TV to me and he suggested that I meet him with a pickup truck to get my TV even though I paid for delivery to my home. I refused. So he told me that he was going to call the office and never called me back. After some time had passed, I went to their website and had to speak with someone in a chat named Ryan. He also insisted to tell me that Mr. Santino ask for you to meet him. After no result on having my delivery that day I had to call out of work again and wait two more days to receive my purchase brought in van only to see that they used and over 10" truck to deliver the TV. I asked how did they get to my home and the stated that they went around the bridge. I have been talking to Samsung and RXO in regards to compensation for this lack of professionalism and waste of my time and I have yet to be taken serious in this matter after multiple attempts to resolve this issue. The last person I spoke with (Katrina) showed promise to have the issue resolved stating that she would have a Mgr call me only to dismiss me and ignore my calls. This place is complete trash and Samsung needs to find another delivery service to represent their company and products. Not to mention, the TV that I brought from Samsung was discounted with a work employment discount. I went back to purchase the same TV and my taxes were less and work discount was double than what it was when I first brought it for. This was in the span of a day in between purchases. I called Samsung and they refunded me the additional I paid but why was it different in the first place. When I told Samsung about this issue with their delivery service the told me that we cant comp you as you have already been compensated and they can only issue compensation once per customer. This has been the worst process ever. What ever you do think twice before using Samsung and RXO.

    Installed and working units by the additional technician I had to hire since RXO employees refused to do the job they were hired for.

Their downfall is service. They forget that customer service makes or breaks businesses. I have gone here a few times because this was the only return option offered by Amazon. The staff is extremely rude. I have never witnessed such rudeness. The older man an older woman are particularly short when they speak to customers with so such condescension. I thought the first time possibly, the woman at the desk just had a tough day so I dismissed it. However, this was ongoing to the point that I began to dread having to return or mail anything requiring UPS. The UPS staff at this store are awful. If you mail something and have a question, they display short tempers and scream at you causing a scene if front of other customers. They have no patience. During all my visits each staff was rude as though it was their right to mistreat customers. I remained quiet because I was raised not to disrespect my elders. I do not think it appropriate to mistreat others and it's not ok for them to mistreat me. I just could not continue to witness how badly they treat customers so I refuse to go back to this store again. The store is dismal and dingy. The staff is not diverse and I wonder if that impacts their treatment of customers. The staff is always frowning as though they hate their jobs and the customers. The review that indicates that they charge a dollar for a small piece of tape is true. So please make sure to take your own tape with you. The UPS in Laurel, Maryland on Fort Meade Road is where I go now. They are the complete opposite of the UPS store on Baltimore Avenue. The Fort Meade Road UPS is awesome. The staff is overly kind and diverse. They looked at me with suprise when I asked how much it would cost for a piece of tape to tape up my box. Every time I go the UPS store on Fort Neade Road the staff tapes the box close for me at no charge. They are always welcoming and kind. They keep a little basket of goodies for children at the front. The store is bright, clean, welcoming and organized. The staff readily assist you with smiles. I will never go back to the UPS store on Baltimore Avenue in Laurel, MD. Sorry to say, but it is the worst In customer service.
