I had a horrible experience with this company. After receiving multiple messages that they were all set to deliver and install my appliance, the driver called on his way telling me that he could not install it for me. And when I called a supervisor, I was told that they could not resolve my problem today. In fact it has now been 10 hours and they still have not called to resolve. So I also called Samsung as it was their appliance and registered my complaint with them and requested a refund of the installation fee. Hopefully XPO will not be paid. read more

I had a Samsung refrigerator delivery scheduled from 4 - 8pm on Friday. They said they would call me 30 min before delivery. At around 7:35pm, I get the call and the delivery guy said he's here now. I asked him if he could wait for 30 min and he said he's already in the neighborhood and he's not waiting because it's late. The earliest I can reschedule the delivery would be Monday. This seems to be a thing with them. They don't call you unless they're in front of your doorstep. If you're having something delivered, expect to be at home waiting for them for 4 hours. Wish i had read the others reviews before purchasing from Samsung and having it delivered by xpo. read more

My delivery was scheduled today between 8am and 12 pm. According to their site the driver was suppose to text me 30 minutes before they arrived to my house. I received as text at 9:12 saying my Appliances were out for delivery. I then received a call from the driver at 9:13 requesting my gate access code. This would have been great had I gotten that 30 minute notification before they arrived. Because I was not home. They did not wait until I arrived. I called the call center to notify them. They called the driver requesting he returned but he did not. I am very dissatisfied with their service. Now I have to wait for my items to be returned to them and take time out of my schedule to have my items redelivered. Also, I'm writing this review in between my 8 am and 12 pm delivery. read more

It's official 2 weeks and still with the same problem. This company is really Irresponsible and won't own up to their mistakes. They won't reply to my emails. Giving me fake stories about a check for my repair is being process but when I ask for a electronic copy of it they won't give it or stop replying to my emails. They don't care they want your money and damage your property. No sense of Urgency on my case at all. read more

My order was supposed to be delivered on 2/6. two hours before the closed off the delivery window, I get an email about scheduling a delivery even though I had been getting all of the follow up messages to prepare for my 2/6 delivery. I tried calling and it said my delivery was scheduled for 2/8 and I couldn't get in touch with anyone so I did the live chat and found out that my order was never received to the hub. I didn't bother scheduling because they couldn't tell me when my order would be received. I started getting back to back calls at 7am to schedule a delivery for a product they didn't even have yet. I eventually scheduled and yet I'm still receiving messaging to scheduleThe delivery. I'm not upset about the product being delivered. Of they don't have it yet, they don't have it. But the lack of communication about not having the proxy and the over communication of needing to schedule the delivery is wild. read more

XPO delivers for Lowe's. They told us a date and time only to no show. We purchased a refrigerator that needed to have doors swapped. One of the days they said they were coming between 4 and 8 we called to see where they were and were told they finished their route early so they went home but we were on their route and they did not come so go figure. 2 other days they just never showed or called but claimed they were given a different address. When they finally did deliver a fridge the doors were not flipped as we requested, they were unable to flip the doors. We asked them to take the fridge away but they made my husband sign a refusal form and then they left it in our garage. Lowe's even sent over a store manager to try and figure out how to flip the doors but no luck. We After six attempts we finally bought a Fridge from Best Buy. Bottom line when you buy an appliance, ASK who DELIVERS! If it is XPO- RUN!!!!! Buy it somewhere else. My husband had 6 times of taking 4 hours off work for NOTHING!!!! Maybe if people stop using them, they will make changes. Or better yet, go out of business as this is not a good way to do business. read more

Delivery guys showed up late, installation for washer and dryer took no time at all! They leave the washer running to show us it's working properly and leave. We came back to the laundry room and it's leaking water. They didn't use plumbing tape when installing the hoses. I stop the self cleaning cycle they left on. Tape the fittings. Resume the cycle and walk away. After 40 mins i come back to my laundry room to find it flooded. The drain tube was left unsecured. read more

XPO Logisitcs, is the worst delivery/logistics company I have ever done business with. The staff that schedule the deliveries or pick ups are not competent to do their assigned jobs Marcus particularity dropped the ball countless times; Incorrect times scheduling/System errors with automated phone calls/Employees confirm incorrect times the night prior). XPO attempted 4 times with either the wrong parts, improper installation (no refrigerator connection to water line), refurbished refrigerator with visible cosmetic damages (mind you the refrigerator was $3999.99 USD) The Phone staff keep calling me to pick up a refrigerator (as the 1st attempt it was the incorrect size - returned it on the day of the delivery) 2nd attempt, the XPO installer stated that we were supposed to provide or buy/supply the waterline to have our so called "white glove delivery". Then calls me 3 mins after exiting our house and concluded our delivery that he "miraculously found one in his truck". We still refused the delivery as parts may not be genuine and voiding our warranty. 3 Attempt - The refrigerator was not in a box and had cosmetic blemishes. Even the delivery staff (new employee) said that what the warehouse gave me but I can return it for you as this is not a new refrigerator. 4th Attempt - The first came to my house to pick up a refrigerator which I have been telling them that I have no item for you to pick up- as they always take the item back. They then drop off the new refrigerator and then ask me "do you want it out of the box" I said no; just bring it on in. The drop off the refrigerator and ask for us to sign; which I'm perplexed as the refrigerator needs to be installed and hooked up. The XPO man says "well we only have order to drop it off" nothing about hooking up. The young man says he can come back and do it on his personal time off the clock-which was nice and a very king gesture as XPO keeps dropping the ball. I polity decline and need XPO to pay for an individual to complete their service which was promised (not an employee going out of his own ways on a volunteer bases/free time). 5th attempt - XPO comes out and says so we have an install and found the refrigerator inside with the box and he says "why didn't they take it out of the box?" Response "Because i was under the impression that they were going to install it. - which is why you are here". He installs and leaves. I didn't have an option to choose XPO, but be warned. If I could I would not pick XPO to handle any of my appliance delivery's. Update 2/12/2020 - The automated phone number keeps calling me stating that I have delivery to schedule and call XPO this is the 2nd call today. I contact XPO the 2nd time to inform them to stop contacting me and to take action rather than put notes in the order. Obvi it's a automated system so go to the admin that handles it not but a note for a human. Additionally I have contacted Bryan or the Support Team at XPO and they closed the support service ticket today after my initial contact with the requested information from XPOs Reply below. So much for help or feedback. It's all a rouse. read more

We ordered a refrigerator, washer, and dryer from Costco and this was the delivery service. I have had a lot of appliances and furniture delivered in the past, but have NEVER had an experience like this. Our delivery was scheduled NINE DAYS EARLIER than we were told! We needed to replace our leaky refrigerator so that one thing alone was fantastic! Then, they promised a four hour delivery window instead of making us wait around all day. And it was even on a Saturday so we didn't have to miss work. And then they actually arrived EARLIER than promised! (Just a half hour early so it didn't cause any trouble being too early) They were efficient, knowledgable, professional, courteous, easy to communicate with, and friendly. And all three appliances were in perfect condition! Can't ask for anything better than that. I suspect that's why Costco partners wirh XPO, since Costco prides themselves on excellent service. They chose an outstanding delivery service and we are very happy customers. read more
