Similar to the last reviewer I have no idea how this company stays in business or how companies such as peloton or tonal contract with them for their deliveries. They messed up our delivery of our Tonal the first time and had some incompetent person who cannot get it up our stairs. We got rescheduled again last week and confirmed my delivery window however two hours later they call and say the truck is too full and push me to the following Monday. Now I get a call saying to confirm my delivery for two weeks from Monday. If you call, Customer Service says they have put in an urgent request for a response and someone will be calling you but nobody ever calls younobody ever knows what the problem is and nobody cares. You cannot reach anybody at XPO who knows anything and the circus has been going on for months now. If our total does not get delivered properly and professionally and installed with the proper white glove treatment then I am canceling the tonal. They do not care if you switch your whole workday around, find people to pick up your kids and change any other appointments you had on that day so if you purchase an item I would suggest confirming if XPO logistics is their delivery company because if they are I would reconsider that purchase because you may never get your item. Update: I sent an email as directed by Bryan from XPO management and it has now been 3 days with no response from that department either. Another waste of time and energy. Clearly an automated response put out by XPO when a negative review is posted on Yelp but again nobody at XPO cares one bit about the customer only about growing their market share and being abusive. read more

The actual installation of our new washing machine was done very well and professionally. The huge nightmare came in scheduling the delivery. RXO cancelled at the last minute twice with absolutely no explanation and finally delivered the washer a week after to initial delivery date. Made me miss three days of work. DeJay, the scheduler, could barely speak English and sounded like he was under water. Pitiful!! read more

If I could give this company negative stars I would. I will give 1 star because of the actual delivery crew was great. I had a mattress coming from Tempur-Pedic via a warranty claim. I was told I would receive a delivery timeframe the day before, however I did not. It wasn't until 11am the day of delivery that I got an actual timeframe for delivery. When the crew came, they informed me that they could not haul away my old mattress and base. Supposedly they had 3 customers before me that were not home, so they were carrying their stuff on the truck and did not have room for my old stuff because they needed room in the truck to move around items for their deliveries after me. OK so whomever does the scheduling overloaded trucks and does not account for these things. I was told someone would call the next day to schedule the pickup of my old stuff. The next day, I called them to confirm and I spoke with 3 different people at a call center who all told me that it was their policy not to pick up old mattresses because of COVID. I explained to them that this was a requirement of Tempur-Pedic that I had to forfeit my old items and they kept arguing with me. I requested to speak to a supervisor and apparently there was no supervisor in existence so I guess they supervise themselves (insert sarcasm). I finally gave up and called Tempur-Pedic. They said it was in their contract with XPO to pick up the old mattress and was a requirement of the warranty. So after being on hold with great customer service at Tempur-Pedic, I was told XPO should be calling me within a week. So because of their lack of competence, I have my old mattress and base leaning against a wall in my small condo that is apparently going to sit here for a week or more because XPO does not have their sh*t together. I am disappointed that a great reputable company like Tempur-Pedic would utilize the services of a company that is bottom of the barrel. But hey it's not my industry so maybe their choices are limited. Good luck if you ever have to accept a delivery through this 3rd party pitiful company. read more

Horrible dreadful terrible are just a few words to describe my experience. They had me at my house from 11 to 3 waiting on my window which is not an issue but the the guy called at 2:30 and said he is on his way and was 45 minutes away. It's now 4:45 and he still has not moved anywhere closer to my home. Now I've been on the phone with Jesus who was very flippant about the fact that it's almost 2 hours past my delivery window and I still dont have my items nor do I have an ETA. All Jesus had to say is that they will "call me when they are 30 minutes out" no apology for the wait or even fake empathy. I don't mind things having to be pushed back because I understand scheduling can be difficult but for me to have to call them multiple times to figure out the status of my order and to still not even have a true ETA is absurd. read more

No idea how this company is in business. I didn't choose to use this company. I made an online purchase and that company shipped through XPO. My delivery was scheduled for Wednesday, XPO rescheduled it for Friday without so much as calling me to check if Friday even worked for me. Now it's Friday, I called this morning to make sure my delivery would be here today. They promised it would. Of course I stayed home all day and they didn't show up. Now they can't even tell me when it will show up. I called several times but customer service can never connect with you anyone. They literally hung up on me three times. I emailed the addresses that the Bryan guy is responding with in all of these bad yelp reviews and telling people to use. Waste of time. No one responds. Spend 5 minutes on Reddit and you can find hundreds of complaints about XPO. At this point I just want to pick my purchase up from their warehouse myself, because I have zero confidence in this business. read more

We have several rental properties within a few block of the main office so we use the office address for delivery as there will always be someone there M-F during working hours. This was noted by Lowe's on our latest order and we were assured that it was not an issue to meet at the office then go to the rental property. First, XPO tried to make the delivery after hours and returned the delivery to the warehouse. The delivery was rescheduled for business hours. When the driver made the delivery one of my staff was to escort him 3 blocks away to the actual delivery location. The driver refused and unloaded the item in the parking lot. This is not the first issue with XPO as a previous delivery had arrived wet on a clear and sunny day. From here on I will refuse XPO to be the carrier for items that I purchase. read more

This story is really a trail of tears. It's almost Christmas and we have 11 people coming over. Our refrigerator died and we ordered a new one. The manufacturer shipped it right away and chose RXO as "The Last Mile" delivery service. The delivery time was booked with RXO on December 7th for a December 14th delivery date, including installation and removal of the old refrigerator. It didn't happen. On the 15th I received a call from RXO and I was told that because of capacity issues they would deliver the refrigerator on the 18th of December; a Sunday. I said, "OK, we will be sure to be there." On Sunday afternoon I received a text saying they weren't coming and I would have to reschedule, I called their call center and rescheduled for the 19th. I received a confirmation e-mail and text. Subsequent to this I received another text. They can't deliver on the 19th. I called the call center. They had no explanation, but said they could schedule for the 20th. This refrigerator is 25 minutes away from my house, My wife is understandably incredibly anxious about this. I wish they would just do what they were hired to do. UPDATE: I got a text that the refrigerator would be delivered today (the 20th) between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM. At 1:30 PM I pulled up the online tracking info and it said the delivery was "rescheduled in route." I called the RXO resolution number and they said there was nothing they could do, and they could not transfer me to the local hub. I tried the chat line and I was told they could do nothing either. WOW! Looking through the other reviews posted here, this is a systemic issue that should attract the attention of the board. The operations on the ground are completely contradictory with the stated capability and vision of the company. I'm glad I'm not an investor. I just want my refrigerator. UPDATE Two: IT GETS WORSE! On the fifth scheduled delivery date, today December 22nd, the delivery team finally arrived - two pleasant gentlemen. They came in and said they could not remove the old refrigerator or install the new refrigerator as they are both built-in refrigerators. Yes, they brought a built-in refrigerator with an installation kit and then declared they could not install it once they arrived. I finally got a local number. I called and was told that RXO doesn't have the capability to do this, even though they did take the work order and presumably the payment for removal and installation, including the replacement supply line. RXO told me I would have to call the refrigerator manufacturer and find another way to get it to my house and have it installed. With that, the two pleasant gentlemen drove away with my refrigerator in the back of their truck. read more

This is absolutely the worst delivery company every. I cannot believe Samsung uses them to deliver their products. I scheduled the delivery date and waited patiently at my house. The driver called and said he would be there in thirty minutes. I waited for two hours and he never showed up. I check the tracking website and it says to reschedule my delivery. I call RXO and they said they had an issue with the truck. Come to find out that was a big lie. When they called back to reschedule I asked why they didn't deliver my fridge, the lady on the phone said the notes say it was because it would not fit through the door. How could they know that if they didn't even come to my house. Now they want to schedule my delivery for the following week. Why not the next day since the skipped my delivery? I took off work and moved thing in my schedule just for this delivery, now I have to do it all over again. Worst company ever!!! read more

The delivery crew doesn't have the kit to install the fridge, they argued that Xpo doesn't have existence in the distribution center. According to the driver my delivery was the fifth of the day without the installation. Arrived one day later, the driver didn't call before to arrive, don't speak English. Awful service. read more

They delivered my Samsung refrigerator right on time with communication every step of the way. No guessing when they were going to arrive! They removed the old refrigerator by only using straps that they put around the two men that came. They were careful and cautious taking the old one out and bringing the new one in. They made sure I new everything I needed to know about my appliance and removed all the wrapping. read more

Worst company ever in Houston area. Very unprofessional. if your shipment is being fulfilled by this company then expect the worst customer service you can imagine. They don't have the capacity to deliver anything on time. They keep your stuff in their warehouse sitting there because they have no capacity to make the delivery as agreed with the manufacturer. My Samsung appliances were ordered and scheduled for delivery on Samsung website on July 8, XPO received the appliances two days before ETA and confirmed the delivery accordingly but a day before the delivery, they rescheduled to a 10 days later !! Not a day or two no, 10 days. I called and called but they have no answer for you as what happened or what changed to reschedule. they just do it and ask you to call Samsung if you have problem and Samsung even worst. Now I have to wait for an additional 10 days hoping they will deliver the appliances this time and I have to take my dirty loads to filthy Washatera. XPO: don't ask me to email you with a reference number. Answer here and tell me what happened. I called and emailed several times to no avail. Going through the reviews below, it seems this is a habit of you to delay Samsung delivery. I wish Samsung read this and know what their customers are dealing with. read more

This was by far the easiest delivery I have ever experienced. I was notified every step of the way with messages about when my item will be delivered. I was called within 30 minutes of the driver arriving. The driver and his helper were courteous and professional. The delivery took less than 20 minutes. Right into my place . I can't begin to describe the cluster-mess it is dealing with these folks. Absolute shot show. I bought a refrigerator from Lowe's and paid to have it delivered into the kitchen and installed. Lowes uses XPO home delivery. Well the guys show up and leave the refrigerator in the driveway and say that they will be back later. They didn't come back later and XPO has no information, Lowes also has no information and my refrigerator is in the driveway. There are so many different numbers to call yet no one has any idea what's going on. I strongly recommend against anyone buying an appliance at Lowes or using XPO home delivery. Update: I raised holy heck and got some results. The refrigerator arrived undamaged. The issue I have is it it not level. It wobbles every time I open the doors. The doors are not setting level. You can see that one door is higher than the other.
