While the agency claims their "fine print" makes this legal, it is absolutely not ethical. No honest professional would look at these terms--especially when dealing with seniors--and say this is an acceptable way to do business. Taking advantage of the elderly by locking them into long-term, high-commission contracts is predatory, plain and simple. Save yourself and your loved ones the heartache.
