They admitted to buying it at a store, never a licensed pest control. Another tenant of his is who paints and does everything not even to code. Told me welcome to cock roach city..... Just truly AWFUL people to rent from. Whoever he was before is not at all who he is now that SHE runs the show. Expect nothing less then a band aid and be told to live with flood basement, condemned back yard, no hot water and a landlord who threatens and harassed when you expect him to fix HIS property. My best advice is what we did. Record everything and get out while you can.
