My son got all four of his wisdom teeth pulled two days ago. Dr. Jergensen came in and told us step by step what was going on. The actual pulling of the teeth was over in less than 10 minutes! We've been going to Dr Jergensen for a while and it has been outstanding now. The doctor always does what he says he is going to do and very honest, as far as I can tell. He is the man who keeps his word. I also like the service, we have been going there for couple years for cleaning and other services and also I had my wisdom teeth pulled out and it was very easy and it didn't take a long time for me to recover. When he pulled them, it wasn't hurt at all as well. My wife also had some jobs done for her crown and she has been very satisfied with it so far. I'm happy with the work and services done by him so far. He also WORKS out with your insurance as well to MAKE SURE THAT YOUR INSURANCE will cover the service. When my tooth broke, I was already starting to dread wearing a temporary crown for a month while waiting for a lab to make the permanent one for my old dentist. I switched to Dr Jergensen and walked out with a new crown about 2 hrs later in a single visit. An excellent dental office; their equipment is top notch. I've actually visited Jergensen about three times. I'm using a few minutes of my time to write this favorable review for three specific reasons: 1. I hate pain, and he understands that. He hasn't hurt me. 2. I had a minor cavity, but on the front of a tooth, where a mismatch of the filling's color would be a problem. He matched the area perfectly. I can't even tell which tooth he worked on. 3. I had another problem, where I bit the inside of my mouth too often. He used a laser to fix that. Again - without pain. I'm pretty critical, but Jergensen's been a great find. read more

I've never written a review on Yelp, but let me tell yooooou....... this has by far been my best experience in any doctor/dental office. I've never felt more comfortable! I came in for a consultation for my wisdom teeth and left with teeth cleaning that left my mouth feeling amazing! I came back today for my 4 wisdom teeth extraction and the whole procedure was a piece of cake! They let you listen to your own music, talk to you the whole time (cracking jokes), and make sure you won't feel any pain! I was in and out in less than an hour! My boyfriend dropped me off, left to get me goodies to eat, and we were done before he got back!!!! Lol Definitely recommend to anyone and everyone! read more

Dr. Jergensen is by far the best dentist that I had ! He explained everything well before doing the procedure (root canal and crowning) and personally calls the next day to see that everything is ok. He is passionate about his job, smart and very professional with his patients. He actually saved two of my molars already ...so much to be thankful! I like his personal assistant Maxine too. Overall, office staffs are very accommodating and attends to their clients well especially if there are toothache issues, making sure that they are seen in the clinic that same day. I had a toothache with swelling and I called the office first thing in the morning, on the recommendation of my sister-in-law. The office staff and Dr. Jergensen were great and let me come in. I came in at 9:30 and was out by 11:00, with x-rays and forms done and less one sore tooth. I didn't have insurance, but they accepted my full cash payment, and it was much less than I thought it would be considering it was an emergency procedure. I have a major phobia of going to the dentist and I only do so when the pain becomes unbearable. So when I went to Dr. Jergensen for a tooth extraction (infected root canal), I was extremely nervous. But Dr. J and his assistant went thru great pains to put me at ease, explaining everything that was going to occur and constantly asking me how I was doing during the entire procedure, having me give a thumbs up/down. The scariest part for me were the injections for the anesthetic and even those were only slight pin pricks, just as Dr. J had explained. When the tooth was finally pulled out, there was no pain. Easy peasy. Dr Jergensen took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I got a cost estimate before the extraction and estimates for a later implant. I was given detailed instructions on what to expect after my tooth was extracted and was given prescriptions for antibiotics and pain killers. I even got a call the next morning to see how I was doing. What great service! The whole experience was better than I had expected - from the front office staff who booked my appointment to the end of the visit. I'm so relieved to have found a dentist with the patience to deal with my phobia and will be going to Dr. J for my future dental needs. Thank you, Dr. J! read more

One of my friend recommended me to go to Dr. Ryan. Dr. Ryan has performed lot of procedures on my teeth and my wife's teeth. From taking off the wisdom tooth to RCT, teeth whitening and Capping the tooth, all these procedures are done very smoothly. Till now, we didn't had a single complain about any of the procedures. I went here for the first time for cleaning..and i was surprised that the nurse did not use drill at all for cleaning of my teeth..all she used was manual tools to clean the tartar between my tooth and she did decent job but not as per my expectations. The back of teeth still had stains and needed drill use when asked she said only dentist can clean that using drill and when i asked dentist he said i will have to take another appointment and i will have to pay additional as my insurance will not cover that part. I might not visit this place again for cleaning. read more

Two of my children have chipped a chunk off of their permanent front tooth. Dr. Jergensen fixed their tooth the same day He did such a good job, I can't even tell which tooth was broken. Good as new! I met Dr. J. ( as I call him) about 6 months ago at a business networking meeting. I was tired of my previous dentist as I felt we were just going through the same routine and at a lot of expense. Dr. Ryan offered an exam to just "peek" into my mouth and we had a good discussion of what I should and should not be doing with my buckies! No pressure to spend thousands to do some procedure that was totally unnecessary. I did go back for the full exam and found that Dr. J. really cares about his patients. He wants everyone to have a smile of which they are proud! He got me on a path to strengthen my teeth and prescribed a mouth guard( listen up all of you grinders!). In the past, I dreaded dentist visits. No so with Dr. J. He is pleasant, an expert in his craft, has a great sense of humor and provides his services at a fair price. Saw Dr. Jergensen the other day and was so impressed i need to tell the whole world about what an amazing Dr. he is!!!!! Ok well i was told not only by my own dentist but also a specialist that they are unable to do a root canal and that the tooth needs to go, and its a front tooth!!! So they scheduled me to see Dr. Jergensen the next day. So after crying and crying I finally came to terms with this whole losing my tooth thing i went to the appointment and then dr. Jergensen came in like a night in shining armor and asked me if he could just try to do the root canal and save it even though i knew how painful it was going to be i told him to go ahead and try!! Well after 1 hr and 15min he sat me up and with a big smile he told me that he saved my tooth!!!! I almost fell over i was speechless and although very inappropriate i wanted to give him a huge hug ( but I restrained myself, lol) i cant thank him and his asst. enough for what they did for me!!!! Im in soooooo much pain right now but it is all so worth it!!! So i cant say this loud enough IF YOU NEED A REALLY GOOD DENTIST GO SEE DR. JERGENSEN, HE IS AMAZING !!!!!!! read more

I would not let this guy anywhere near my kid with so much as a toothbrush. Not only did he talk me into an unnecessary procedure, when he took out my wisdom teeth (which my ENT and oral surgeon later told me was a mistake) he nearly dislocated my jaw in the process. I came to him asking just for a referral to an oral surgeon, looking for an answer for my horrible tinnitus (which I still live with although I have since learned it started as a flu and oral surgery could only make worse). I was desperate for answers and hoping insurance might cover it if I had a referral from a dentist. He knew nothing about chronic tinnitus and lied to me that he did even claiming that the surgery might help. I told him I didn't think it was a good idea as I would have to drive 6 hours the next day to make it back for my organic chemistry II exam and would not be able to take pain meds. He assured me it would not be a problem. Even during the surgery I knew he was pulling my jaw too far open. I had said no to the jaw spreader prior to surgery, but he still used it and cranked it wayyy too far open. I could tell damage was being done, but had no idea just how much until the anesthetic wore off in that area. He also failed to numb one side of my lower jaw properly when he ripped out one tooth which was awful, but at that point I just wanted him to hurry up. Afterwards, I was a little dizzy, and he immediately rushed me to get up, saying I could rest in the waiting room and I ended up falling with no one there to help. It only got worse from there. He did not provide any follow-up instructions, warn that antibiotics very often cause yeast infection in women (it was my first time ever having to take them), and by far the worst was my jaw pain over the next few months. Worse than tearing my rotator cuff tendons. I could only drink from a straw for the longest time and I ended up needing an MRI. He even admitted to my mother on the phone that he mayyybe used excessive force as he was in a rush. I had expensive removal of the many tooth fragments he had left behind. I ended up wasting so much time and money for the damage Dr. Jergensen caused. Although I have never met the other two dentists that work at the office, I would recommend avoiding this one entirely. read more
