Dr. Patel and the nurses who prepped and cared for me were awesome and provided a great experience. It was a very professional environment from the moment you stepped in there very clean, well organized office, the front desk was friendly and efficient and once my X-Rays were completed and I was in the chair for prep the nurses team took great care of me. One of the nurses was very bubbly and great at adding levity to a usually anxious experience and I appreciated the up beat nature of everyone I dealt with. After the prep I was given the sedation which took a few minutes to kick in but all I remember was them putting the bite guard in my mouth and waking up post extraction, completely painless with zero memory of the surgery. Dr. Patel had a very kind bedside manner, is great at putting you at ease, and handles the surgery very well. My pain medication/numbing agents wore off hours ago and I've been using only the extra strength ibuprofen they prescribe for you in post care and the pain is very manageable, a sign of the skill the extraction was executed with. I highly recommend anyone who needs their services to use them and appreciate my Dentist Office, Starbrite Dental (Who I also highly recommend) for referring me.

I originally got my first two wisdom teeth out at another location and had a HORRIBLE experience, so naturally, I was riddled with anxiety about getting my other two teeth out. But Dr. Rega and his team were kind and caring and sensitive to what I was feeling. I was really nervous about getting my other two teeth out without anesthesia after my first experience (my insurance wouldn't cover it), but Dr. Rega made it as quick and painless as it could be. He told me what was going on every step of the way and continually asked me questions about how I was doing and what I was feeling. There were many tears on my end (and some borderline hyperventilating) from the stress and fear created by the first time I had my wisdom teeth out and every time I started to panic, he would crack a few jokes and make casual conversation until I felt better. He never made me feel rushed or ashamed for crying. I don't know what those first oral surgeons did to my mouth, but I could barely open my mouth for 2-3 DAYS following surgery. But with Dr. Rega, I was talking and eating 4-5 HOURS after surgery and only needed the bare minimum dose of pain medication. I really can't speak highly enough of Dr. Rega and every member of his staff I interacted with. Every time I come in, the staff is friendly, professional and communicates clearly. There's a lot of transparency in terms of what to expect for each process of the cleaning. The place itself is clean and modern. It's a definite upgrade from older offices that I've been to. Appointments can be made via text or phone, pretty simple process. I like that they do have online forms to fill out proper to appointments that spell out what your visit will entail.

Unfortunately, that communication did not happen in my case.
