I will start with the Pros: Courteous Staff.Nice office…read more Cons : Poor communication - especially to communicate that declining X rays are non negotiable.We informed them multiple times that we would not be getting X rays done for a basic cleaning and exam due to family cancer history.They told us that the Dentist would check the condition of teeth and determine if they could proceed without X rays.We had multiple calls and texts to figure out insurance and out of pocket costs.Once we get to the office, Dentist declines to treat without x rays right off the bat.This is without even examining teeth.This could have been communicated to us from the start and saved us our time and energy.
