I am so glad I called AutoGlass Discounters next. I called them, they answered immediately,and then we made an appointment for a day later, fitting with my availability. They gave me a quote on the spot for my Honda Civic's rear quarter panel replacement and checked to see they had it in stock. They let me know they'd meet me at my house. The day of the appointment, they called me to say they could come earlier to my house if I wanted, which was great, though I kept the original time due to my availability. The repairperson Thomas was very prompt, very polite and professional. He easily found the meeting spot I asked him to meet me at. It was a very hot summer day, and we were in the dead of the sun, but Thomas made it go by easy by being so well-natured and making me laugh. He fixed the quarter panel and reassembled everything back together again and vacuumed out the broken glass from the back of my car. It's been cold outside, 20 degrees for the last 3 months. I agreed to reschedule. I set up an 8 am appointment. When I arrived for my 8 am appointment, the shop was closed. No staff was there. Other customers were waiting in the parking lot. The whole staff showed up 45 mins late. It is sketchy that the whole staff showed up all at the same time, literally at 8:45 I understand delays with snow but I have higher expectations. Contacting customers the day before or the morning of, informing them of the delay would be professional. The manager was not very apologetic and didn't t take my time seriously. More professionalism is expected and required. The waiting area also needs a cleaning. The lack of cleanliness and professionalism are a reflection of management.
